Bale yung ground floor po ay for 4 cars then 2nd floor ay bungalow with 2 bedrooms with 1 masters toilet at 1 common toilet. Since Garahe lang po yung ground floor, yung entrrance po ng house at papuntang roof deck ay sa LIKOD. Then sa roof deck na po yung labahan at storage room at relaxation. I hope this will be your next video. wala po ata kayong video ng elevated house. Thank you.

Hello po. My in laws are planning to renovate our place po, its a 150 sqm in total. It will be divided into 4 units. May I request po for a 3x10 30sqm each, 3 storey with 3 to 4 bedrooms. The masters bedroom has a T&B on it, and another T&B on the 1st or 2nd floor. With 1 door at the back or like a fire exit, and a small car or motor garage and with a roof deck. Thank you so much.
