What I read was more an issue with IgG3: "Out of the IgG’s, IgG3 is the excellent virus neutralizer. What IgG3 does in the case of SARS2, is that they have their tails bind together. This means that out of all the four subclasses, IgG3 is showing 50-fold stronger neutralization than the other three subclasses against SARS2. There is some IgG3 left in some people after the second shot, but by the time they get the third shot, they’re all universally down to a flat zero."

Dr.: @1:00:50 you misspoke, but it’s important. The igG4 % didn’t go from 4% to 19%; it went from .04% to >19%. That’s a HUGE increase.

Dr. Been, it looks to me like you got confused about the progression of quantities of IgG4 because of the pie charts. IgG3 and IgG4 are colored in similar shades of green. The 7.57% that is green in the first pie belongs to IgG3, not IgG4. IgG4 has only a .04% sliver, which is too small to be visible as a piece of the pie. Thus the complete progression for IgG4 goes from .04% to 19.27%, which is a much larger transition than the one from 7.57% down to 4.82% then up to 19.27%. In the meantime, after showing in the first pie, IgG3 diminishes to invisibility. I’m not sure whether or how this might affect the rest of the presentation.

Most people aren't very sick, the virus has mutated a lot. It isn't the same virus that was killing so many in the beginning. Also they did not treat people in the beginning, that was wrong!!

I am careful which doctors I listen to, especially on this topic. I prefer doctors who are affiliated with the F-L-C-C-C and who work with our Senator, Ron Johnson. 👍

I think it's case by case: My daughter is triple jabbed, brough Covid home just before Christmas and did fine with it: Pleurisy followed but she is fine now. Her unjabbed mother and I took care of her while she was down. We tested everyday and did not contract it.

BLUF: At the risk of oversimplification, my reading of the research in this area is that while there is indeed a correlation between increased levels of IgG4 and certain immunodeficiency diseases, there is no "smoking gun" and it is *not yet known* which is cause and which is effect. Of course, we need to know, and there _could_ be a case for revisiting the results of the balance of risk assessment regarding the present medical interventions where the phenomena of increased IgG4 levels is observed.

Ok but what about the concern that the igg4 levels rise high enough that your immune system doesn’t respond appropriately to Covid when you contract it? Let’s set aside the fact that the rise in igg4 has nothing to do with other diseases. But the rise in igg4 spike protein would def have an effect on your immune systems response or lack thereof to a Covid infection, assuming the levels continue to rise

They refuse to even see what IGg is high and tell me its all normal (including my lack of ability to breathe automatically or regulate my breathing since the injury). I have a integrations doctor in Bremen that is trying to treat us but the Govt tied his hands virtually by not allowing the health insurers to acknowledge or allow treatment . I will ask him if it can be prescribed here. Steroids are out as ive gained 35kgs in 6mths from 4mths of Desloratadin use which took out my metabolic function. Thankyou for replying Dr Been, im a big fan and rely on your videos for facts rather than conspiracies and hysteria.

Should people with cancer or in remission receive the vax? My family member has been in remission since the 90s and doing great. He was a very active and healthy individuall otherwise.. He got the vax upon his doctor's suggestion and..... within 30 days his cancer became terminal and seemed to reactivate massively in his body to his lymph nodes. We buried him a month and half later. Has this happened to anyone else? Death certificate stated died of cancer.

Yes..there is a Dr that this happened to. A med.paper was written about it. He had scans of his cancer before the booster and within days he felt weak/bad like something was wrong. Had scans again 3 weeks later and many new spots of cancer were on the opposite side of his body.

Correlation is not necessarily causation. But there is a correlation between elevated IgG4 and Guillain Barre Syndrome as well as elevated IgG4 and CIDP or peripheral polyneuropathy. Second comment is more of an open question : knowing all we do now, why administer boosters? Considering the fact that we have memory cells, one infection in straightforward immune systems or two vaccines for vulnerable immune systems should be enough for a better immune response in future. Without increasing risks with every vaccination in immune senescence,.....

@@DrBeenMedicalLectures from my understanding IgG antibodies naturally decline after about 3 months post infection once the pathogen has been cleared, with memory B and T cells being the sentinels against reinfection causing serious illness by retriggering the production of antibodies, both IgM and IgG. The reason being is that continually producing antibodies is a waste of energy if there’s no pathogen present. The same phenomenon is seen post vaccination (any vaccination), but the CoViD19 vaccine in particular has been “criticised” in some circles as having negative efficacy as there has been emphasis on the presence of antibodies as the sole metric. Do IgG4 antibodies decline over time, the same as IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, with similar half lives?

What makes you ask this question? We recently found out that my 42 year old wife has bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion of 100%. We have radiographic proof via MRI that they didn't exist prior to 2020.

So glad I'm still in the control group.

Dr. Been, on the "Discussion" page you show at 1:01:04, the last sentence reads: "... after the third immunization, IgG4 levels sharply increased and became detectable in almost all vaccines." Although it's very poorly expressed - since that paragraph is within the context of mRNA recipients, I believe they're saying that after the third shot, all mRNA recipients showed the increase in IgG4 levels, as opposed to only half after the **second shot**.

Do the levels of IgG4 ever go down after a while? If they just keep rising wouldn’t that mean the body wouldn’t fight a covid infection anymore.

I took 3 and was called about a fourth said no way …. Data shows it doesn’t protect….

Everyone says that the mRNA lasts a short while before it gets degraded. That's fine and good. But do we know how long the modified RNA from Pfizer and Moderna lasts? I read somewhere that they use pseudouridine to replace uridine to make it last longer. And if it last longer, wouldn't the cell be just churning out more and more spike proteins versus the Adenovirus vector vaccines that spits out mRNA (the regular type)? That could be a big difference between the two "vaccines".

any studies for time only shows that its there the last time tested. There were none that showed, not concluded, an reliable life time for mrna from this program, manufacturer seems irrelevant. From what I recall where I actually looked at what was behind claims made. Presently I assume its life time of host.

A German study found spike for up to 120 days. the only issue is they didn't continue the study so who knows how long. Is the cell continuing to churn out spike indefinately? Essentially giving an immunocompromisation?

I choose not to use any product from convicted felons with legal indemnity .

Thanks for very refreshing breakdown of the paper, especially the part where you point out the IgG4 up regulation has nothing to do with IgG4 related diseases because it is a subset of anit-spike IgGs. Is there any way to know (theoretical estimate or data) whether or not the IgG4 up regulation is going to continue increasing after a year? Will the continued increase reach a dangerous high level 10 a few years down the line?

You made a major error reading the chart at 16:46. Stupidly, whoever made the chart made both IgG3 & IgG4 both similar shades of green. Actually IgG3 was the 7.57%. IgG4 was a tiny sliver at 0.04%. You can also tell because they made the numbers for IgG4 dark bold. That means from pie1 to pie2, IgG4 jumped from 0.04% to 4.82%. That’s a 11,950% increase & quite alarming. From pie1 to pie4, IgG4 jumped to 19.71 which is a 49,175% increase. I call that incredibly bad. Which also means the important one, IgG1 is now 19% weaker. IgG4 is the “stand down” instruction for your immune system. It instructs your body to not worry about it. It exist, in part, so you don’t attack your own cells. Which could make your body ignore viruses, which increases your illness rate.

You claim after the 3rd dose ADE is reduced? Reduced from what level? Reduced from the background rate of ADE in society generally or reduced from heightened levels caused by doses one and two? If background rate of ADE in society is level 1 and doses 1 and 2 increase that rate to 7 then dose 3 reduces that to a 4 this is not a recommendation for the product.

Anecdotally many of us have seen first hand that the boosted are getting repeatedly sick, very sick when they are infected and in some cases are sick for weeks. Not one unvaxed person I personally know has been sick. 🤷

My 2X vaxxed husband gave me (unvaxxed) Omicron, back last February. He got if first from someone at his work, then I fell sick about 5 days after him... It was no picnic, took a while to recover, but I have not been sick with even a sniffle since then. My husband, on the other hand, has been sick a number of times since then and has been in bed completely incapacitated since before Christmas, for about 2 weeks now... His health since taking the first jab has gone down the toilet, and I am saddened to see that maybe he has something very wrong with his immune system for life....He will not admit it though, and even talks about getting a booster....

My brother's both unvaxxed have gotten covid 2 times and 3 times...really sick and they are healthy....and I've know lots of unvaxxed getting repeatedly sick.

42:44 I think the antigens that persist 210 days from the mRNA vaccines is apparent. The mRNA creates a smear of proteins, mostly incomplete, and the complete spike proteins are not the majority. So the body is dealing with a range of antigens, not just from the spike protein.

Dr, you stressed a few times that they tested spike related Iggs. Have someone tested all Iggs and how they behave after boosters? If not we dont know what impact the vax has. It is still possible non specific igg4 go up as well.

I almost feel like they don't want to bring too much bad news too quickly out of fear of showing the emperor naked. I have exercised my entire life and never had one instance of cardiac issue, but ended up having severe coronary stenosis after my 3rd shot. Found several articles about igG4 prevalence causing wall plaque acceleration. My health decreased quickly after my 1st shot when I gladly accepted it, then later was mandated. Had palpations after my 2nd shot.

Interesting findings in this study although, as you wisely pointed out, it is a small study. Raises intriguing considerations though.

I spoke to a recently retired virologist from CDC who stated that it is very likely that the escape came from the vaccine program that was in parallel to the gain of function work being done at the WIV. In 2019 vaccine work was being done at the University in Wuhan and this involved attenuated virus which likely back mutated to the active form. This is why the initial epidemiology made no sense because it was not a natural outbreak.

Many people have known this to be the case from march of 2020. All the information needed to conclude this (all the gain of function papers the WHIOV produced, etc.) Is public now and was public all along. We knew this, the very scientists who were condemming the lab-leak theory were fully aware that this is a real possibility as soon as february 2020 and they decided to keep it a secret, this was released through a FOIA release of emails between Fauci, EcoHealth's Daszak and other co-authors of the Lancet paper that strongly condemned the lab-leak as a valid hypothesis.

I keep seeing people reporting degenerative diseases accelerating after jabs. What could cause that. Maybe a speculation video on what may cause things like accelerated cancer, auto immune diseases. Is the immune system being suppressed somehow. What could cause that in jab.

A directional study you called it, thanks. I gather from what you say that the iGg 4 phenomenon is interesting and no cause for alarm, but whether it is truly significantly positive versus of no consequence remains to be determined by further studies. I hope I understood correctly.

This seems A. not proved and B. not at all impossible. Maybe you addressed this in the video and I missed it, in which case I apologize.

This definitely is very interesting. When I got my 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine, I suffered a year long episode of hypertension and palpitation. They nearly disappeared after the 3rd dose. It probably varies for individuals but I'm pretty sure there had been some inflammatory/anti-inflammatory remodeling of heart tissues going on after vaccine doses

Could it be the the spike specific IG4 increases because the body has had enough of dealing with the spike protein produced and it trying to heal itself? Common sense it seems?

I believe this is the most important story in medicine since the correlation between salt and SIDS. The study must be replicated as many times as possible to ensure corruption from FTX like sources do not bury this important information. The retaliation against this information may be huge, so share it fast.

Dr Been Does peoples lgG4 levels go back to normal eventually or will they always be lower?

So one thing that would concern me is whether the maturation of the B cells without a detectible level of antigen would result in kind of an overtaking of the general maturation process to make ONLY the Sars2 antigen B fighting cell, leaving us with less soldiers for other antigens in the future. AND, is this the same process that accounts for the longevity of natural immunity compared to jab immunity?

@ 16:44 Here it all falls apart. That green is IgG3, not 4. This means IgG1 and 3 was significantly reduced, 4 significantly increased, while 2 was somewhat stable. I'm only referring to what I'm seeing in the video.

Question here : when you were saying ADE couldn't be happening with rise of IGg4 while reduction of other classes were shown, but IGg4 influences tolerance for spike (body stops attacking it) then doesn't this argue for IGg4 either ultimately serving as (or partially serving as) the mechanism for ADE if not Immune Collapse? Will see if this is clarified in rest of presentation since it's still early in the presentation. Love your discussion of IGg1. Love your discuss of class switching in your diagram of figure 1 too.

Your IGg4 level on the first graph (Post 2nd circle) is wrong, it's level was "nearly unmeasureable" according to the paper, and the graph labeled it at 0.04%

Regardless of what this and other studies show or mean vis-a-vis the benefit or harm of the jab, I think any reasonable person would have to agree that ALL THIS RESEARCH should have been done BEFORE this new vax tech (and these specific jabs) was used for widespread global use.

Yes, we could have. There was no early treatment offered. Had it been, we wouldn’t have needed a vax, but that doesn’t make as much money for big pharma. That large cdc study that lasted from march 2020 -march 2021 showed the comorbidities. People weren’t dying of just COVID. Average death had I believe, 4-5 comorbidities. I do apologize for being unable to tell you if it was 4 or 5, it’s been a while since I looked at it. Vast majority of deaths were morbidly obese. Other studies showed that low vitamin d levels predicted a poor outcome. They were aware of the correlation between obesity and outcome and vitamin d and outcome early on. Nothing was done with the information by public health officials. Botched response from the beginning. Conflicts of interest in medicine will get people killed. Just ask the folks who lost loved ones to Dr. Fauci’s favorite drug, azt. He demonized docs who tried to prescribe Bactrim for their patients. Very very similar “prescription censorship” of all but “the one” solution that is being pushed with grossly inadequate research.

@@prilknight Early treatment protocols involving hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were known as early as March 2020.

All my highly vexed friends etc are constantly becoming re infected with every current virus out there . They struggle to shift it having to have anti biotics and this drags on for couple weeks then they seem to partially recover before becoming ill with something else. All my un vaxxed friends including myself have hardly been ill and if so it is just a snivel for a day or so then gone. Their immune system is definitely compromised period. They have had bells palsy , shingles , cluster migraine , heart problems inc heart valve replacement , issues with their menstural cycles , rapid cancer the list is endless . Unvaxxed NOTHING

Could persistent spike protein driven by mRNA shots, shown in studies to be the case, be contributing to affinity maturation? Would relatively higher IgG4 levels promote vaccine escape since it is less likely to contribute to ADCP, ADCC, ADCD? Does the beneficial reduction in inflammation prove best for those most susceptible to cytokine storm, such as obese individuals and not those who are healthy?

I'm wondering if this happens with other jabs when u get too many boosters. I was over boosted with tdaps over a four year period where they gave me three, two of which were a month apart. I have have autoimmune illnesses ever since. And when I got covid back in spring 2020, I started having all kinds of exasperated autoimmune symptoms that affect basically ever system of the body. I was diagnosed with endometrioma which my dr tells me is prob from my immune system not working properly cuz there's research showing its an autoimmune illness. I'm wondering if there's a chance that me being given too many of these jabs so close together could have did a class switch and affected my adaptive immunity????

Dr Please could you discuss the role of adequate serum vitaminD3 in all this activity?

Could this explain the Cleveland Institute finding of increased infection rate as cumulative jabs increase? I assume that inflammation is the initial response to C19 exposure ( not sure of this).

Also wouldn’t an increase from 2 percent to 20 percent be a cause for concern? Is it not logical to assume igg4 levels will only continue to increase as more shots are administered? Also the fact the levels are not falling off but remaining?
