@@pranshupushpam 3rd lord in 10th house means that it goes 8 places away, indicating sudden transformations in career and relationships with siblings. To add to it, it's also my 8th house lord going in 10th ...so idk. My Jupiter is placed in 9th house, and it's conjunct with my moon, and both forming a trine with Mars (retrograde and debilitated) in 5th house. Venus is my Atmakaraka, and standalone planet in 10th house. I read somewhere how very late degrees of a planet, can be a bit problematic for it as far as its results are concerned.

@@pranshupushpam Hmmm 🤔, so far I had only two managers to whom I directly reported, and one of them wanted me to take more accountability for my work, and I actually liked that about her, and I believe that she knew that I was afraid to take accountability because I was new back then, so she used to push me too. Although, she was too micromanaging for my liking, so I'm not sure how that works. Still can't figure if she really wanted me to be better. The second manager I had was unaccountable himself, but he knew how to network well and utilise resources to get his work done, and he pointed out how I need to work on my time-management, which is something I struggle with. His hypocrisy lies in the fact that he wanted me to be accountable, but didn't mind not being accountable for his entire team. I wouldn't call myself laid-back, because I deliver results especially when I know what's expected of me and when there's a clear deadline. I am also quite attentive to details, and I make sure that my work doesn't make me look like a fool, so that way, I put in efforts. A rigid hierarchy and rigid system with rigid rules with no room for open-minded discussions to solve problems, is what irks me. That's when I lose interest in working with people.

@@pranshupushpam I have a question. Actually, it's more of a personal observation. Both my managers wanted me to be around the whole damn time, at work and even after work hours. I was invited to their home time and again. The first one called me her sister (but didn't treat me like that). Also, both didn't ever tell me that my quality of work was subpar, and they even praised me for doing my work well independently (when I had to). I also remember how one said that I don't do mechanical work because I have a habit of digging in, and other one said that I am a great researcher and my work is good, but my poor time management is a big issue. Both of them used to advice me after work as well, and would spend hours talking on phone about work or even about themselves. Now that I'm thinking, I'm recalling all this stuff. Do you think it's because of Venus? How else can Venus manifest? If I were rich, I'd be happy (or so I think now, lol 🙄). I have Sun and Saturn conjunction in Aquarius in 12th house too, so this issue with authority figures has been quite a repetitive theme in my life.
