Just letting you know that this was HUGELY helpful. I was struggling to idle while warm and getting smoke in the exhaust after turning off. I suspected valves and those exhaust ones were sooooo tight. Took me the better part of the day, mostly because I refused to go buy a Wobble (in the end I did) but I got it sorted out. It's never started so easy. 👍

One of the better jobs, of showing the how too. I don't have a Ninja 250, but I do have a K4 Vulcan en500 ltd, detuned Ninja 500r motor..Thanks. yl

Yes those are the specs. I tend to go with .005 for intake and .006 for exhaust, it might be a little noisier but you wont have to do another valve adjustment for a while.

Very helpful video. The specs i got off line are 0.003-0.005in or intake and 0.004-0.006 for exhaust, sound right to you?
