Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video
I try a different head light restoration kit this time I am using an 3M kit. Last time I used a Cerakote which was easy to use and looked really good but only lasted a year. Time will tell if this kit will last longer!

Nice Job! I used the same grits of sandpaper, but I used Mcguiar's compound and polish. The key is to use some sort of UVA/UVB protection, or the haze will come back fast! I use every spring and fall Nu Finish on my car, windshield, and lights!

I really take issue when people take it upon themselves to ignore the instructions and add there own interpretation how it should be done? I don't think the people at 3M will be pleased especially when you consider the cost of the time and money developing this foolproof restoration kit, I like many thousands of other people who took the trouble to read follow the instructions are more than happy with the results, As far as the grit sizes are concerned there perfect for removing old cracking clearcoat along with heavy oxidation!!! Yours didn't have this issue!!🤔😡

If you use extra sandpaper you can’t go wrong, that can only refine the scratches so the end result will be a lot better, if you know anything about sanding. The 3M kit is ok if that’s all you have, but not great.
