1. What's the maximum distance recommended between Panels and Inverter? 2. Can I opt Net meter directly for new house? 3. What's the roof area required for 3 kw panel?

1) We can install DC cable max to 25 meters for good efficiency, for increasing length of the wire we need to increase the Sqmm of cable . as Resistance is directly proportional to length and inversely proportional to Area of wire. 2) we can only go for net metering , if we have pre installed electricity meter, if you have new house then you need to apply for your basic electricity meter and once its installed then we can apply for solar meter. 3) Each Kw require approx 100sqft of area so 3 kw system will require 300sqft of area .

What will happen if the panels get dirty over time and needs cleaning. The lower mounted structure could have served better way when it needs periodical cleaning.

Yes Lower Height structure are easy to clean but in this Case the client wanted to utilise the space below the panels and in high rise structures we plan and leave certain spots from where we can clean the panel as in lumencity we also take care of maintenance 👍

Sir mere ghar me 12 fan or 20 led (9w) hai aik iron 1200w ( 2hour per week ) aik mixer jo 10min per day or 1 one hp ka moter hai (1.5 hour chalta hai).1 refrigerator 200lit (5star) hai to kitna ka ongrid load dena hoga lakin civil light ka load 1kw hai
