What does 3DR STAND for

I thought I ask a question- will this drone work with go pro 7?

I am trying first flight but my controller is not going to attached with drone. the status on the controller is waiting for solo and and on app it is not connected to vehicle... how could I solve this issue?

Mohsin Waqas join the 3dr solo group on Facebook I find a lot of help on there

Good tips but it would have been better to be able to see the screen on your tablet a little clearer, all I can see mostly is the reflection of the clouds. Will look for your other videos Part 2 and 3.

Thanks, not sure why but the camera picks up alot of glare on that tablet, looks fine with my eyes though. I tried screen recording on the tablet, but the result ended up being a mixture of glitches in the recording, trouble lining the recording up together, and knowing how to put what turned out into the video to make it look good.

The tablet used here is the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active. Which normally works great, but apparently when recording it glare seems to be a huge issue. I have a Galaxy S3, but the 10" tablets require a different holder which I just haven't got, so I use my older tablet. I use my phone sometimes, but have found when flying and I receive a phone call leads to bad situation where my screen showing the footage is now the typical call screen. So I only try to use my phone when absolutely necessary.

I 2nd that on the Samsung Galaxy Tab glare....

this makes me SO HAPPY I got 2 MI drones...so much easyer than this thing.

For a medium sized drone, the 3DR Solo really isn't that much different than any other. The biggest plus in my book, is that it uses a Go Pro and costs less (same once you factor in a Go Pro). Pro being when your not using the drone, you can still use the camera/Go Pro. Vs the DJI Mavics, Phantoms, etc. Camera is built in, no upgrading, no removing to use elsewhere. But I'm glad you found a drone that fits you and your style.

you can git a gimble stick for the Mi drone 4K cam also, I was hot for 3DR last year but am glad I waited, looking at it now it's so outdated its in the has been zone for me, and for a 4K cam I have the YI, its a total go pro beater in every respect price wise on down to back screen touch controll, sorry nick, check out some of the MI DRONE clips on YT and see the boat you missed, thanks for your vids on the 3DR tho.

Ya you should probably stay simple. The 3DR is way over your capability. Toy drones are your best bet.

The 3DR has much more capability then that Typhoon, I have owned two (Typhoons), still have my original. Point is people have preconceived notions about things they haven’t used long enough to know what the full capabilities are. I have tested both and used both extensively in my business and after finally getting the gimbal when it was released, I have flown and used the little Solo just about exclusively. When the prices dropped I bought 4 more. Now the Buzzard, (Typhoon) sits in the shop and none of my pilots use it anymore.
