In this video, we showcase the 3D warehouse simulation of one of the largest 3PL operators in the FMCG sector, where we are implementing our advanced MPI WMS with AMR TuskRobots.
Using FlexSim, we simulate all key warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, and loading. The program generates metrics that help us optimize warehouse operations, determine the necessary number of robots and staff, and make strategic decisions.
