The Bzowski Mound is located in the southeastern part of the village of Będkowice on the hill called "Na Kamyku". It is about 5 m high and has a diameter of about 20 m in the base. On the top of the mound there is a 200-year-old metal cross measuring around 2 m.
The mound is a grave of two representatives of the Bzowski family.
During the period of the Polish Partition, Będkowice was located in the Russian Partition, near the Austrian border, the summit of the mound served the Russian border services as a good observation point. Until today, with proper visibility from the top of the mound, you can see the panorama of Krakow, and even the Tatras.
