Olá. Há quem esfregue a forma com óleo alimentar/vegetal antes de colocar a gelatina líquida: parece que ajuda a desenformar melhor. Para desenformar a gelatina, coloque a forma em água quente, como se fosse um banho-maria, durante uns momentos (não pode ser muito tempo senão a gelatina derrete). Depois descole a gelatina dos lados da forma usando os dedos ou uma faca (com muito cuidado para não cortar a gelatina).
