It's not just the light. This technically isn't a real hologram like the flat glass ones that use a transparent file to record a 3d image. It's more of an illusion, which lets it easily get past the challenges of real holograms to create something "more magical" that resembles what people typically think of when they think of a hologram based on tv/movies. It's really clever and effective

Best project you've ever done man. This is astounding!

This could very well be used as special effects in movies in my opinion. It's beautiful. Bravo as always. When there's no lights it almost invisible but when nightime comes that's when the magic happens ! ✨️🎉✨️

Really cool! Love the illusion effect that is given off from the "hologram" not turned on verses on.

I do not have words to explain. The end effect is amazing. Great work. Keep it up.

Once at school I had a horoscope sign pendant in the glass, illuminated by a small battery. Two months ago I found it and kept thinking how to repeat something like that, but I never came up with it. After seeing your video, I was surprised how simple it is.😱👍👍👍

The problem is, it's not a 3D hologram. It's simply a light shining on a plastic model. Do a search for Hologram and find the difference. By the way, this isn't a "new" idea, It's been done before. Whilst I admit the item is interesting, what I don't like is someone misrepresenting the effect and accepting praise for something he didn't invent. He doesn't even acknowledge the person he copied it from. That's what cheeses me off.

Not sure how I missed this one til now. Holy hell! Incredible

This could be the best one yet. This puts you into the league of genius. To imagine, then foresee the finished product. Brilliant. Thank you & I love your relaxing music.

Absolutely beautiful piece, spoiled only by bubbles. You really need to look into getting a vacuum chamber to de-gas silicone moulds, and a pressure pot for curing your resin. Other than that, this is one of my favourites so far and would look amazing in a dark room where you’d have no idea what the model was until illuminated. If you sold these, I’d buy one in a heartbeat.

This holographic effect is just stunning 🤩 For your best work by far! I hope we will see more and maybe bigger and more complex versions (maybe a cube or a rectangle with the big five avengers busts with different coloured LED underneath). Or a Star Wars project with a solid figure and a force ghost or a hologrammcall from a Jedi 😍

Definitely a must-do, for my STAR♐👑😇

This was not what I expected. Very cleaver but one thing most are missing from how smart you are is the model you used. Nice choise as it has to be able to be removed from the mould without destroying it.

The character Elsa disappearing to just make it reappear after with some light it's just mindblowing how impressive it is. How is able to achieve this effect with the same material?

my guess is its where the light is hitting it, so the light "bounces" around inside the Elsa model

I was concerned that the figurine would vanish completely as I wasn't sure how closely the new resin would bond without something like a light sandblasting to roughen the surface, but I was very pleased how it turned out. Now I want one
