Переведу : голубой -это желатин с пищевым голубым красителем, при работе она держит этот пузырёк в горячей( горячей !) воде . В средине делает углубление ложкой для мороженого и использует его как резервуар для желатиново-крашеной массы .Берёт трубочку для смузи , она в диаметре больше ,чем для коктейля, делает срез наискось .Вводя трубочку в желе слегка нажимает,освобождая место для желатина крашенного , который должен туда затечь . По мере застывания крашенного желатина в центральной круглой лунке ,вычерпывает его и заливает свежий-горячий . Шпричем добавляет несколько белых и зелёных элементов . Потом заливает эту лунку тем же голубым желатином , чтобы все снова застыло в единую массу можно поставить в холод . Ну и конечно окунуть это произведение в горячую воду,чтобы оно легко вышло из формы . В с ё ! Дерзайте !
