Привет, трудно такое обьяснить, это надо новое видео делать) если кратко, возьми что ты хочешь сделать обьемны, правая кнопка мыши clone layer over. Вроде должно получиться

I have a question! When it comes to the sculpturing part in Blender, when I use the smoothing tool and go over some parts of the t-shirt, suddenly holes start to appear, and they happen to be exactly at the bottom of the tshirt, neck, and around the inside and outside of the sleeves. Any tips on how to fix this and what it may be the cause of it? Great video btw

increas sub division, but if you are sculpting i'd recommend adding multi-rez modifier, that should fix the issue. If not you can manually fil in the hole by selecting edges around it and F on keyboard for fill
