Hey Mark, great content as usual. One question: Doesn't the LLC lose its Asset Protection characteristics if put inside a Living Trust? In the event I am sued personally, can't a judge compel the trustee of a RLT to change the beneficiary to the creditor? Thank you!

Hey Josue! Great question, thank you for asking! You are the trustee of your RLT until you pass. EVERYBODY needs a trust, believe me, I wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction. @@MarkJKohler To further clarify: If someone is a trustee of their own REVOCABLE living trust...doesn't that mean that a judge can force YOU (as the trustee) to change (ie revoke) the trust? In other words - if you lose the case, can a judge force you name a creditor as a beneficiary of the trust?

If you have a business and run different side hustles through the s corp can you have your tenants pay the s corp when they pay their rent or does it matter since there is no self employment tax on that income?
