This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS convertible was acquired by the selling dealer in August 2022 after a reported refurbishment was completed under prior ownership that included repainting the body, retrimming the interior, and rebuilding the engine. Power is provided by a 396ci L34 V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the car is finished in Butternut Yellow over black vinyl and houndstooth cloth upholstery. Additional equipment consists of a power-operated black soft top, 15″ Rally wheels, power-assisted brakes, power steering, front and rear spoilers, concealed headlights, woodgrain interior trim, and a push-button AM/FM radio. This Camaro convertible is now offered with a clean Utah title.

Is that the correct steering wheel? I have the exact same car (68 ss/rs, butternut yellow, deluxe interior) and my steering wheel is the black 3 spoke with the ss badge in the middle

Stamp's the block what does this mean?

It means that the company that did the restoration on the vehicle stamped the block to show that they were the folks that did the work. Collectors want the car to be original as possible, including things like factory chalk marks and over-spraying. As close to original as possible -- read: the least amount restoration -- is where the big bucks live. I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole because of that stamp.

All it needs is air conditioning and power windows. Shame on that engine builder. Nice car overall.
