I love that there is an entryway into the living room, ( which is actually a living room and not a glorified hallway ). The double hearths are great for the coziness aspect. This is a lovely house.

I love your houses. They are very well thought out. My wish list always has porches, fireplaces, pantries, dishwashers and counter space as well as laundry rooms. Houses that are small but not too small and your plans mostly tick all the boxes. By the way I love the double sided fireplace I can’t think of anything more lovely on a blustery day then to have that going and something yummy cooking on the stove.

I'm not keen on double windowed doors for entry for security and durability reasons, but there's a nice foyer inside. Two fireplaces is overkill, and if the one in the dining area were removed there would be space for a cabinet with storage and added counter, both of which are needed. Except for those details, this appears to be a functional plan.

It is a double side/see through fireplace. My daughter has one in her home. It doesn’t take up any more room than a regular fireplace

Beautiful! Love the wallpaper feature walls! The only thing I don’t like is the front entrance. I think the main entrance should stand out a bit more. Maybe with an accent color or plants. At first glance my thought was which door should I use. The main entrance should be more prominent in my opinion. It’s hard to see where the railings extend until you’re close up.

Die Küche finde ich bei der Hausgrösse etwas klein. Und ob man den Kamin nicht irgendwann als störend empfindet ???

Can you do a small house with: 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Office area Laundry area Pantry Living room Dining room and etc.. Please

Beautiful home. One thing I don't like is the big bulky fireplace in the living room. No place for a microwave in the kitchen.

Yes, these are in-your-face bulky fireplaces that take up valuable space.

Aaah.. ini bagus sekali dalam hal layout-nya. Kalau saya pribadi, untuk pintu masuk utama, saya hanya akan memberikan 1/4 bagian untuk kacanya. Selain karena faktor keamanan, saya rasa juga cukup untuk penerangan dari luar. Selain itu karena saya berdomisili di negara tropis, maka keberadaan perapian sangat tidak diperlukan. Jadi akan saya hilangkan bagian tersebut, sehingga ruangan tersebut ( ruang keluarga, ruang makan dan dapur ) akan terkesan lebih luas dan open space. Dan yang terakhir adalah, warna fasadnya akan saya ganti dengan yang lebih cerah ( cream, putih, atau warna cerah natural lainnya ). Selebihnya tidak ada yang perlu dirubah, saya rasa. Secara keseluruhan saya sangat menyukai desain ini dan penempatan ruangan-ruangannya.
