Я тоже всегда задаюсь этим вопросом. Даже когда один какой-то прыщик появляется, сразу стараюсь от него избавиться. Антисептиком помазать, выдавить, замазать чем нибудь чтобы не видно было. А тут такое😮😮😮

They do treatments before and after the extractions. They also extract with gloves which many people don’t do at home. If you have dirty fingers then a secondary bacterial infection can result from that practice. I have heard that there is a religious reason why they don’t do their own face but I’m not sure about that explanation.
