Pics of entire face are FAKE & Click Bait. Never pans out & shows face once the work begins. It doesn’t matter , BUT the hair growth scattered amongst the blackheads proves it’s NOT a face. Facial hair doesn’t grow this way. Extractions are real, but the facial images are NOT.

Я вот тоже задаюсь таким вопросом. Даже в условиях влажного климата реально з раза в день умыть лицо с хорошо очищающим мылом тёплой водой.

Dont be quick to assume. Conditions that cause excessive acne, chronic or mental illness that prevents the person from having perfect hygiene, polluted or poor environment, and other health conditions that may result in someone needing to put all their energy toward other necessities only making room for the important parts of hygiene like a quick shower or brushing your teeth, are all factors you have to consider before questioning their situation. Skincare to treat any of these conditions can additionally be expensive and unaffordable.
