Every time i see this thing it puts a smile on my face, I appreciate it for what it is just a damn awesome design, i cant wait for a brushless or a 4wd version cause you know it's going to kick so much ass.

You know I was thinking why would I need or want a 2WD Monster truck. But seeing what that thing can do on 3S and how durable it is. I think you have just changed my mind.

Awesome I think It rotates mid air so easily because it's a light weight truck. Even with 2wd the tires large diameter helps manipulate the truck. This truck ramps and jumps so well. I just got mine and it's true it's so neutral mid air and easy to land

Your Enthusiasm towards this truck is definitely warranted I've never been a fan of the two-wheel drive trucks myself and there was just something about it I had to have and yes I am in love I actually want all for every caller LOL

I’m blown away by mine , I put in a 130 amp esc and 4300 motor and love it . I have a track and ripped it on that yesterday putting down better times than my 2wd slash that’s decked out . Unreal what a great truck oh I also used my radiolink so I have a gyro that helped to

It's funny some rc's you fall in love with . I got a bomber for 80 bucks last month put a copperhead 2400kv in 3s and for some reason it's my favorite right now. No clue why got a xmaxx done up outcast 6s with over 1000 in it etc. Love them but having a blast with the bomber sometimes you don't need huge power

I’m very happy with the gorgon. Granite replacement for me. I lost count on how many times my granite has broken. Gorgon can take a beating and bash very well. This video proves it. With that "Stampede like" short wheelbase it'll be real hard to control. I eventually converted my Stampede to a monster Slash and made it lots more controllable. This Aarma looks tough AF!

Looks so fun , been watching your Gorgon videos made me get my Arrma Voltage back out and start playing 2 wheel drive mayhem again

FYI, the wheelie bars that vit the Vorteks, Big Rock, and other 3s Arrmas fit the Gorgon! I aim to pick one up myself for mine.

I have the RTA all black version, and on brushed 550 motor, it performs really, really well. Handles, turns, jumps land 95% wheels down and takes crashes like "Is that all you got?" Seriously, it's one of the toughest little 2WD monsters out there. I upgraded mine to a 100a Spektrum ESC and a 3150kv brushless system, but i have t run it yet. Im waiting on Amazon to bring me my first ever 3S battery! I can't wait to join the 3S club! And it looks like im going to enjoy the investment after watching this! Thank you for demonstrating what this truck can do. I hope I can match those skills one day!

Definitely needs a wheelie bar now lol. ARAC6487 will mount perfectly, same bar as the 3s Granite and Big Rock

Wasn't a fan from 2wd monster truck because off experiences driving a few times a traxxas from a buddy. But this thing looks to be a hole lot better and fun to drive...

Did you do a build video on this with a parts list? Looking to do this to my own Gorgon if possible since the Spektrum stuff usually bolts right up.

The Vorteks wheelie bar is supposed to fit; saw a dude fit one in another review video.

Ordered a pair of them on the 24th of last month but no signs of shipping. So I put a XL-3s in my 2wd Rustler Big Foot. Tons of fun. Then played with my Hyper Go trucks in my driveway.

New wheels and body, there is your race truck. I think for the money this truck is un matched, so much in fact, that i am planning on buying 3, one for me, and one each for my 2 nephews. :) We don't se much of the mojave 4s, perhaps this gorgon overshadows it, might have been a mistake to release them both at the same time :)

Is the 3800kv spektrum motor a 3650 or 3660? Why did you choose the 3800kv vs the 3200kv or 3150kv motor?

I think the stock painted body is only PVC, Arrma offer a clear body that I think may be polycarbonate. As the clear body is more expensive than the painted body.

Usually 5000 mah soft . You can fit bigger sometimes especially if you only using 3s but 5000 good start point good c rating also

I am running 6200 mah but it’s really tight probably wouldn’t fit in slash without the Velcro straps plus you don’t want weigh slash down 5000 limit imo

U can pick up 5000mah 2s an 3s packs that fut ye slash perfect. Just Google slash battery dimensions an look for some in the size range it gives. I run a bunch of zee 2s 5000mah packs that work great for the low price they coast.

@@old-rcplane-phart look at c rating(as well as mAh) while looking at batteries, but it's not the sole factor. Alot of c rating is actually advertising bs. So do some research. Currently I have a bunch of zee brand that seem to hold up pretty darn good. I even have a couple that I have been running for 5 years now, and they still put out juice. Also do some research on battery maintenance, just so they don't go bad in storage.

How many amps is in that esc? 😊

They ain't breaking on 3s . They are almost 1" wide gears. And he said it made that sound since new. Maybe the plastic spur gear. But I don't see the transmission gears ever having a problem.

Just no interest. Probably good for someone young and starting out, it seems durable as hell! As always, love your enthusiasm ✌

You built up down jump by yourself? I built some decent size but needing more than one sheet with angle 📐 I don’t think I have the skills , I went to pick gorgon up lhs says we’re waiting to see if they’re any good 😂 I’m going put radio can lower percentage for kids.
