For cross-stitch, there are two separate slanted stitches that cross in the shape of an “x”. For needlepoint, there is one stitch that is slanted (usually from lower left to upper right). Hope that helps!

Good to know you're having issues with tracking orders. All my orders from the weekend say they've been shipped and they're ready for ME to pick up at my local post office. No idea why it's happening, there's nothing wrong with the shipping label or anything else. Hope to find out soon.
Love that you are being environmentally friendly on your shipping. Have you looked into the reusable lint rollers? You just have to rinse them off. Would save you some money a waste.

Any advice on how to tell if a pair of pants are mens or women's? I have a pair of Sandro pants and I cannot tell if they're for women, so I haven't listed them. I was going to send them to the Real Real and let them figure it out.... But if you have any advice please let me know. The size just says 44, which is not the waist size. So it's European size 44, but they're huge.
