Thank you! The Spintech's are a nice muffler. They have a very raspy note to them if that's your thing.

Very jealous of the new motor, almost exactly what I want to do to mine in the future. Not that it doesn't already sound wicked but bullets would sound even better. Keep it up!

This sounds stuuuupendous! Not a ford fan but anybody who calls themselves a car enthusiast can like something about this car.

Nice car, coupes are getting so hard to find in clean rust free condition. I have a gt but im looking for a coupe to put my stuff over into. I am gonna build a low compression stroker, a big bore 347 to be exact to use with my turbo setup. Great job with the car.

It basically came down to reliability for me. I love rowing the gears and am probably going to miss it a ton but I just know it's going to break parts if I keep the 5 speed in there. I still think the suspension is ok. We had some really hot, muggy, non power making days late this summer where I was able to finally get after the car. My ARB was a little off with the added weight in different places up front which was causing the car to pull. When it doesn't spin it goes straight now.

Oh man.. This thing sounds wicked... Need to see some runs with it..

It's a 26x10" stiff wall e.t. drag. Wheel is 15x10 with a 6.5" backspace.

They are the originals! Back when Spintech first showed their face is when I bought them. They didn't have the different styles back then.

Nope. I finally picked up a c4 a couple weeks ago and it came with a UCC converter so I need to send that in to get re-done and then we shoud be good to go. I'm not sure if there will be enough time yet this fall or not.

I'm still trying to figure out the car. Maybe it's me just getting old but I can't seem to figure out why the addition of 150hp to the wheel from the old 306 feels so different. Again this past weekend I had the car out and I can't keep it straight. This car has never been un-stable in 4th gear. Now it feels like I'm on a sheet of ice!

It's a Meziere WP311B (B=blue). Yes, it does have the option to run heater hoses. The barbed ends screw into it. I don't run heat so I used the supplied plugs.

What gives you that idle popcorn sound is it just the cam or the combination of the cams and heads ?? Music to my ears

What size tires you running and backspace on the front and rear

In this video the rear tires were a 26x10s Mickey Thompson E.T. Drag. Wheels were 15x10" on a 6.5" backspace. I cant remember which tire I had on the front but I do remember it being a metric radial of some sort. Wheels were 15x3.5" on a 1.5" backspace. I have a 1" shorter A-arm on the front so there was a 1" spacer on the front wheel in this video.

I never did get a clean pass with the 5 speed so I guess the answer is yes to both.

What size tires are you running? Front and back if you don't mind.

The fronts were whatever the VW beetle uses as a stock tire size. There was a company that made a metric radial that fit the 15x3.5" wheel just perfectly. For the life of me I cannot remember the size or name of the company though. I currently run a bias ply front tire. The rears were 26x10(s) M/T E.T Drags.

If you don't mind sharing what headers are you using? I'm assuming Long tubes but what size primaries and what size x-pipe? 3 inch 3 1/2? Also lastly which Spintech mufflers? Oval's , Squares? Spintech has so many different mufflers....They are split in to Race and also street series , bullets , sportsman's and Eliminators etc. etc. I think that your coupe is one of the best sounding Fox bodies Ive ever heard and well hell they say that "‘Imitation is the best form of flattery’...With that said Id love to flatter you LOL. Thanks man

Is it possible that the "rust" cloud is really orange soot from MMT in the race fuel? I don't know the chemical makeup of q-16 fuel, but I know when people use additives with lots of MMT, it makes an orange soot over everything in the exhaust

Every since I've put the bullets on the car it doesn't do it so I'm going to say no at this point. However. My mid pipe and headers are now starting to get their asses kicked by this fuel. It's such a double edge sward. Can't wait to see what the engine looks like this winter when we pull it apart.

Cryptic1911 Oh yeah, it's crazy stuff. Just got back from the track and pumped the tank. It was pretty sweet when I spilled an ass load on my leg. Probably just dropped about 15 years on the life expectancy.

What headers are you running on the 363? Did you go larger when you moved up in cubic inch.

Actually no, I stayed with the same bbk 1 3/4" headers that I ran on the 306. They are the same heads so I figured why change? I do have a true 3" ball collector on them.

Impressive. High compression and the right camshaft can make music......lol

The o2 bung (which I have plugged) on the drivers side basically touches the trans pan. You wouldn't be able to use oxygen sensors with these headers and a C4. Other then that, no. The BBK's fit better around the C4 then a Lakewood bell housing.
