From Sesame Street to The Muppet Show to the Dark Crystal to Yoda…Jim Henson and his crew were unrivaled geniuses.

One of my all time favourites was when Debra Harry guest starred and she sang the song, ‘one way or another’. The chorus was, ‘One way or another, I'm gonna find ya I'm gonna get ya, get ya, get ya, get ya One way or another’ Then after the one old guy turns to the other and asks, ‘who do you think she’s gonna get?’ And the other replies, ‘probably the guy who booked her on this show!’ LOL 😂🤣😂🤣🤣

I think they definitely gave Fozzie the most flack and that was when they were at their best. After the audience leaves during one of Fozzie's #s. Fozzie: Hey, you guys stuck around until the end of the show. You hate my show. Waldorf: What are you talking about? We love your show. Fozzie: You do? Statler: Yeah, when it's over! Hohohoho!

As a kid, Statler and Waldorf were my favorite part of the show. Swedish Chef and Beaker were two other favorites, but while they tended to do more or less the same thing every act, S&W would often venture into more surreal territory, not that you can tell that from most of these clips.

Statler: This shows making me drowsy, time to start counting sheep. Waldorf: What Sheep Statler: Everyone watching the Show.

Lol, these guys. Love the show. My best friend John and I were always compared to Statler and Waldorf. He had the nose, I had the bald. Boldy going where no man should ever go publicly. We were at a show in an old theatre once and had the pillbox seat. As a joke, a friend took a picture of us and labelled us Statler and Waldorf there in the seats. To this day 20 some years later people still laugh about it. TROLLS we are. Lol. He passed a few years ago. I miss him every day. Lol, thanks for the memories.

Mine was only an audio, but it went: Waldorf: That was wonderful! Statler: Bravo! Waldorf: I loved it! Statler: Ah, it was great! Waldorf: Well, it was pretty good. Statler: Well, it wasn't bad. Waldorf: There were parts of it that weren't very good, though. Statler: It could have been a lot better. Waldorf: I didn't really like it. Statler: It was pretty terrible. Waldorf: It was bad. My favorite was In "The Muppets Take Manhattan." Waldorf" I got us tickets for the play." Statler "Are they good seats?" "I'll say they're for the next train out of town."

Disney 2021: "Muppets are Racist - you must repent!" Swedish Chef: "Vert Da Ferk?"

"I always dreamed we'd be back here." "Dreams? Those were nightmares!"

At the end of their first full-length feature (I think): "So, what did you think of the movie?" "I've seen soap that left a better film."

These two old farts were the best! Anyone who watched all the Muppet Show episodes knows there was NO PLEASING these nomogenarians unless the performer was Dianna Ross!

Muppet vision 3D was the greatest experience I had during my holiday to America as a young ‘un. To see W + D “in the flesh” was just incredible. I still smile now whenever I remember it. Even the arrow hitting their box !!!

One of my favorites was in the Muppet Labs sketch with Gilda Radner, after Dr. Honeydew applied a drop of tacky glue and then paused for a few seconds for the glue to set. Statler: What are we waiting for? Waldorf: For it to get tacky. Statler: Another first on this show. Waldorf: How's that? Statler: It's the first time we've had to wait for it to get tacky.

Waldorf: "Well, they say all good things come to an end." Statler: "What's that got to do with this show?" OOHHH... HAHAHAHAHA
