Darling Lily i don't no if you have ever cooked anything in ALFOIL but i do a lot of cooking with it and i find it taste nicer having thing cook in its own juice or you can rub what ever you like in what you are cooking before you wrap it in ALFOIL and just place it either on or near the fire and also you don't burn what you are cooking .
