The front does most of the brake so what is the point to upgrade the rear？

One, it fills out the wheel better visually, but these rotors have superior cooling and airflow through the vents and they are 1lb lighter each, visually they also have a 2-piece floating design that matches the front.
Do I need to remove the dust shield?

Yes, the factory dust shield will not fit.

This is not something we've confirmed in house, so unfortunately we cannot say for certain.
With this Rear kit I can use the oem pads?

Yes, you can use OE pads with our rear brake rotor upgrade!

@@034motorsport doesn’t seem like this is the case. Pads I ordered were too small for performance pack yellow stuff
