Great idea!..... Kingfisher group own Screwfix and B&Q, so they may have them made or licenced. The shape of the plunger is to get the most out of the foil cartridges that you put in them, and the hook is for conveniently hanging hanging it up, especially on building sites. I wonder how easy it would be to replace the plunger end with an acrylic disc? definitely food for thought.

Love this! I wonder if putting some plastic wrap over the oddly shaped plunger before putting it down the shaft would help with clean up or if the plastic wrap would just break/rip while extruding?

Good idea! It would definitely help keep the clay off the awkward plunger, and stop the clay going backwards through the gaps.

Great video! I tried to make my own, and the quality of the sealant device was obviously insufficient. The handle bent instead of forcing out clay. -_-

Yeah, I can imagine! I think the clay ones have to be more robust than most things of that design

I demonstrated the one that isn't meant to be used as a ceramic extruder. If you want to see videos of the other one in use I have plenty on here, and it's exactly as you'd expect from something designed for the task. This video is about the other one.

Unless you think I only showed one extruder in the video, in which case it might be worth pointing out that they look similar. If that's the case, you might want to watch it again and look a little more closely at the details of what I'm holding
