This workout is great! More of these for sure, the timing is perfect and the final abs workout was such a burn. I think 30-40 mins is perfect with a mix of equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands). And always put the clock on it helps so much to focus. Thanks!!

This has become my go to workout during busy work weeks. Started off with 20 lbs dumbells. Now I have progressed to 50lbs squats, 35lbs shoulders, 40lbs lunges....and so on you get the picture. Fantastic!

Hi Joe, been doing PE with you since the start, missing you on your off days so have been doing varied workouts from your channel. I am 54 Yr old woman with osteoarthritis, I need to do weight training as it strange as it is helps my condition. Did your kettle bell Tuesday and this one today. Loved them, but could you include triceps? Us ladies have trouble with that area 🤣 thanks for keeping me motivated. 👍

This is one of my favorite workouts. I feel stronger every time. The first time I did it made me feel nauseous though.. Not anymore! Now I'm more durable 🙌💪❤

These are great Joe!. As a runner for years, I never really "got" weight training, but doing PE with you during lockdown was what made me give this a try, and it's really made a difference. More weights stuff on the channel would be nice - I feel like I've a lot more to learn. Thanks again!

Loved this workout for a Sunday morning. Not too hard on the heart!! More advance workouts would be great. Also, I always do your 6 minute warm-up yt-vid. Be great if you had more 5 min warm-up options. Been doing that one for 2 years. Love love love...

Thanks Joe done every live PE with Joe workout with my 12 year old son - we have also been redoing your classics e.g. the 1st of June killer!! on your off days. It’s been a great experience my son is a lot fitter now - I can see it when we go for our runs. Hopefully he has now got the fitness habit for life!!🙏

Loving this workout being doing it every day since Monday, as I have a lower back problem jumping around too much isn't good, so this is perfect. More like this with either dumbells or kettlebell please.

I’ve followed you from the start but it’s only now during lockdown when I’ve had more time for self care that I’ve really committed myself to exercise. These are great Joe!. As a runner for years, I never really "got" weight training, but doing PE with you during lockdown was what made me give this a try, and it's really made a difference. More weights stuff on the channel would be nice - I feel like I've a lot more to learn. Thanks again!

Thank you Joe. I never comment on things but this weekend has been a tough one so I cranked the music and picked up some heavier weights than normal did this and now I feel so much better! Been doing your workouts every day in lockdown and I've lost over half a stone and kept my sanity so thank you! More weighted ones please x
