You're gonna feel so GOOD after this ALL Standing No JUMPING Cardio & Sculpt Workout! We have 30 moves that will set fire to your core and abs. My timer is set for 50 seconds of work and zero rest. Get into steady state cardio and burn tons of calories. If you want to turn up the intensity add 1-2lb wrist weights and 2-3lb ankle weights. All equipment is optional. We finish with a lower body burn all standing. Let's do this team!! 😅💪
This is Zone 2 cardio. One should strive to get 150-200 minutes per week of zone 2 cardio to help with all aspects of their health, physically and mentally.

I love the endurance on this one. 25 minutes with no brakes. Then toning made this a well rounded workout. 😊
Wow...tougher than I thought. Had to remove the ankle weights at 70%, but then made it to the end. I'll have to work on this one. Thanks.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I loved this workout. After a surgery earlier this year, I have limited use of my arms, but this workout is effective even without any arms! Heart rate was up and sweat was on the exercise mat - done and dusted. Thanks Michelle!

I loved this low impact cardio, with the added bonus of core activation! 👍It's nice to do some steady-state cardio, too. My HR was up the whole time, and I got sweaty! 💦 I want to get some of those ankle weights! 😁
*this one really kicked my butt and i appreciate everything about that! your cardio workouts have so many strength and sculpting components as well and that’s awesome! i burned over 600 calories. I had to take breaks but glad I got it done!*
oh my soul I have never released my hips myself so easily in any stretch as in this stretch in this work out that was awesome!

Thanks Michelle - I just found your channel a few weeks ago and have been really enjoying my workouts with you. I'm a mom of 6 kids who has worked out at home for the last 18 years. You might say I've done A LOT of videos - Yours are currently my favorite. Thank you! I love the compound movements (Weights and movement). You have fun and engaging moves. Your verbal guidance is also helpful and keeps the workout moving faster for me - a bonus! Sometimes its all I can do to show up for my workouts. As a fun sidenote (speaking as a photographer here) - you might enjoy the youtube channel Markuspix for video and photo world tips. I think he's one of the best kept secrets there and he's super helpful on all gear. Best of luck as you grow your channel!

I had a cold today- wanted to work out but not anything too " jumpy." Loved this one- and I did it with 5 pound ankle weights and 5 pound hand weights for most of the workout. Proud of myself. Thanks for always keeping it interesting.
