I truly would like to apologize for insulting you during 33 minutes 😅 It was so HARD !!! I’m at this point in pilates where the beginners class are too easy for me but the intermediate ones are super hard but I can’t wait to come back to this one in a couple of weeks and see if I got better !! Hi Nicole, I have been doing your sessions for ages and they are truly superb! Your description of how it should feel is first class. Nobody else does it with such clarity and precision. I'm not quite as flexible as you are (!) in terms of holding legs up / bending and so some sessions focused on creating more mobility (lower back / hamstrings I presume) would be really beneficial. Thanks.

I've been weightlifting for years and considered myself fit but damn been doing your videos for 2 weeks and its hard as hell but im loving my results.
I would love to see more classes like this! This was the perfect amount of challenge for me! Enough to burn but not hard enough where I get disappointed to finish

Nicole thank you so much for all you do! I started doing your workouts in June and would randomly pick a work out and follow along with your videos a couple of times a week. Now I follow along consistently with the monthly workout playlists. I’m stronger mentally, I’m not fixated on results anymore but just really enjoy going through the flow. Your approach is inspiring, fun and non judgemental. It’s inspired me to pick up running again and I combine that with your workouts now. They have made me a better runner. I've been following your workout (almost consistentlly) for 3 weeks now, and I'm so proud of myself for not skipping today. I found your videos, for soome reason, less stressful for me to follow and I just want to say thank you for creating thess great content for us.
I did this after my kickboxing cardio and it BURNS ❤ definitely makes me feel much stronger. One of my favourite videos by far.
This was a REALLY tough workout. I felt accomplished afterwards and pretty much flopped on my mat like a dead fish. I love these weekly routines and varying degrees of challenging exercises.
I was craving a more challenging class this morning and this was perfect!! Thank you Nicole I love all your content!!💜 I would love to see more videos with the pilates ball. The poolside video is so fun and still delightfully challenging! 🟣

Such a good workout! I have bad knees and can’t kneel on my right knee, I’m glad I could do this workout by modifying a little for the few exercises that were on knees. Please do more workouts that don’t involve kneeling. Thank you 😊
When I was able to do that balance excercise without having to put my foot down, I literally cried of happiness. I've gotten so much stronger since I started doing your workouts. At first I could barely lift my legs when laying on my side xD

Nicole, this is by far my favourite workout. It has the most perfect pace and composition for my body. It's seriously challenging but somehow I'm able to do all the moves. It leaves me drenched in sweat and incredibly empowered. Also, the music in 15:00-19:40 is so perfect for that exercise, it gives me such a boost. Thank you so much for all your work, you are a gift!
This class was a great workout! Love these classes. I had issues with my left wrist for a while, so the wrist stretches are much appreciated. I also appreciate the reminders of where to look to make sure I’m protecting my neck. Thanks Nicole!!

Hi Nicole. I love your classes.I am so happy that I found them. A great way to re energise at the end of a long day of work or first thing in the morning. Would love to see some release work for shoulders though as I have a torn rotator cuff and OMG some of those lifts burn my shoulder, but I still do it because I do love a challenge. I’ve never done pilates classes with such good flow and where I can just listen and know what to do without looking at the screen - your instructions are so clear. Thank you

You know it's a power yoga, when you actually relax and catch your breath during the abs section. Totally loved the funky transition out of the lunges and also the transition from planc to site planc.... you never fail to surprise and push me. At the swimming part my heart was beating like crazy, this exercises is so tough for me. Thank you my beautiful Nicole!!!

Started with your beginner videos, moved to moderate, and this was my first intermediate class. Whewwww I’m dead there were some parts where my balance was a little wobbly but I was able to keep up for the most part so I’m proud of myself, all thanks to you Nicole🫶🫶💖💖
