After season 5 the only episodes I truly enjoyed were the monsters of the week/the hunts. The cycle of finding a case, driving to town, helping the locals and moving on never got old for me. Love the Winchesters.

@@michaelsinclair1343 Yeah, it was covid. They had a planned ending, but then got hit with all the restrictions and had to rewrite. Part of the original ending had every friend of the Bros throughout the show in the Roadhouse, in heaven, with Kansas(the actual band) performing on stage.

Superb. I was a big fan for most seasons.

Been _WAITING_ for you to cover something from #Supernatural.

What made me come back to the show is the usual, but mainly the lore of the overall show was pretty accurate. Gotta love the spartan kick Dean used on the mother changeling. Tried and true kick that delivers.

Despite the title of this video I think you might have left out a few monsters. For example, the hoor of Babylon, the seven deadly sins, dragons, phoenixes, not to mention all the different types of ghosts and vengeful spirits.

Wasn't he though?! Julian Richings is my favorite portrayal of Death, it's like he was born to play the role! My mother likes to watch this show with Timothy Hutton and this other guy in the lead roles, Julian Richings played several different roles on it, NERO WOLFE it was called. Julian was playing a sissy boy in most of em, broke my damn heart to see him like that! :)

We needed to have a Swamp Creature, Yetie, Harpies, Mermaids, Changlings, Kraken, and also Headless Horseman for Creatures in episodes from the Supernatural TV Series!

A rogue Reaper can be bribed out of doing his job, so you could potentially get out of Hell, if you are carded for Hell, you could also learn before hand whether or not you were destined for Hell, so I don't see the Rogues being all that bad either.

Unlike a lot of people.. I think they one should have waited past Covid to complete the RIGHT ending.. realistically Dean Losing everyone makes sense for him to die shortly after especially after losing Castiel and Sam. Something else that would have made the ending better is if they let Dean say he loved Cas back like in the Spanish dub.. Castiel is confirmed and canonically ls gay.. so why not just say Dean is bisexual with him preferring women and Cas being the only man he likes (loves) I really love the show and no hate ofccc ❤

Monsters of the week were fun after season 5. The whole deans dead, now he's back, sam's dead now he's back, what random story can we come up with now for the final 10 seasons was what ruined the show imo. But I will admit. The random things they had to fight was still entertaining

I love Supernatural, and honestly, the true and real scary supernatural monsters are the Leviathans. *shivers* I know because there was an episode of Supernatural where after one of the Leviathans named Chet pours Nacho Cheese on one of his human meals his entire face changes as he opens his mouth that complete covers his entire face and not only reveals a set of gnarly-looking sharp teeth a forked tongue, but also eats the Nacho Cheese-soaked human even as the ending of that episode goes black.

As a fan from day 1, I was always disappointed that every monster basically was just human with teeth and scary eyes.

Scarecrows are not nearly this deep. They were primarily put up to scare away crows and other animals from eating crops. Its in the shape of a person because animals get nervous around humans and its significantly less work to sew and stuff old clothes together vs building a giant stuffed animal to guard crops

The show dropped a shit ton on great ideas many times over the years, many of those ideas could have been made into a multiple episode (6 episode arc) or even an entire season(s) or entire new show.

I hated that they butchered the Rakshasa. I also hate the fact that I had an idea for a show that included an extraterrestrial species with a lot of psychic abilities, who fed on various types of brain "secretions", and Supernatural beat me to it, although they split into several creatures, like the djinn, the wraith, the siren, the striga.

Loved the entire series with the exception od S1 episode Bugs and well,the Leviathan-season was kinda meh. Obviously the series slowed down in quality after losing Crowley but all in all even the ending worked

I know it was because of "budget" but.......I hated how EVERY single "monster", just looks like humans with weird features. I was EXTATIC at the end of season 7 when Dean "ganked" the lead leviathian and, "when in purgatory" we saw the outlines of several, very NONHUMAN, looking monsters. Imagine my disappointment when season 8 started and we NEVER see the "inhuman" looking monsters again. Also, skinwalkers were ridiculous. I have listened to a TON of creepy pasta's and know native American folklore pretty well. Supernatural should've went with the version described in Navaho lore, not "a guy who turns into a dog". That was BEYOND stupid/disappointing. Oh yah, "werewolves" in the show SUCKED!!!! So did vampires. I hated the piranha teeth.

So Hellhounds don't go after those who aren't sin tripping in life let alone made deal with Lucifer or a demon from Hell, make a mental note of that everyone.😉

Those clown Rakshas shown in Supernatural is 100% wrong. Rakshas are more akin to demons and not all of them consume human flesh. Those who do consume human flesh, do it to spread their terror and not for sustenance. Some Rakshas are actually extremely good and generous. They worship the various Gods in Hindu pantheon. Ex- Prahlad, a rakshas by birth, but most dedicated devotee of Vishnu and Prahlad's grandson, King Bali, the ruler of hell in Hinduism. When it comes to the race of Rakshas, even they are bound by the path of Dharm, even they live, have family, work, earn, etc. And eventually even they will die and again get reincarnated. This cycle will continue until they become one with the universe or the essence of the universe itself.

The leviathans on the show look nothing like what they should had looked in the bible I really didn't like them

One thing that always disappointed me about Supernatural is how uncreative the monsters and creatures were, especially in regards to the appearances and needing odd ways to kill them that don't make much logical sense. I don't know if it's just a lack of creativity on the writers part or if it always had to do with a low budget but Supernatural suffered from Star Trek alien species syndrome... all monsters and aliens are humanoid even in their "true" forms. I would have loved to see monsters that are actually more like monsters in The Witcher... instead of just tweaking humanoid looks with claws and fangs. Give me more monsters with hybrid animalistic body shapes. Even Doctor Who is more creative and has even scarier creatures. Like the werewolves are so uninteresting and not that scary. The most interesting thing about the vampires appearance was having light reflected Like an animal in the dark...and I only remember this in the first episode featuring vampires. It would have been interesting to see some humanoid monsters using special effects like makeup in order to conceal their true appearances in order to blend in with humans. But the inconsistent ways to kill creatures and monsters really bothered me. For example, silver bullets are what kill shapeshifters but it's not because they have impenetrable skin to everything else but silver. Regular bullets will go right through them... but then the boys will shoot a shapeshifter with silver bullets and they go through and through them so...how is that any different than a regular bullet going through and through them? Wouldn't I make more sense if only silver can penetrate the skin or if the silver has to stay inside the body in order to be effective? Also, wouldn't beheading, poison injection, wood chipping or fire work on 90% of all monsters? I find it hard to believe that so many creatures need special weapons to kill them as in the real world its more a matter of caliber and precision for animals that are tougher to kill. I cannot recall a creature that was only vunerable in a certain spot on the body other than decapitation. The only one I can think of was the very first zombie we saw on the show needing to be nailed back on her grave bed but the rest just required headshots
