Some interactions between characters I like: Grievous asks both Darth Maul and Kylo Ren about their unique light sabers and he asks if he can touch it (not sure but I think he does the same with Sith Ray) Grievous says to several light saber wielding characters he's willing to buy their light sabers via black market if they ever want to sell it Senator Palpatine asks both Rots Anakin and Darth Vader if they ever heard of the tragedy of darth Plaegis the wise, Anakin is slightly annoyed by the question and Vader is completely annoyed by it Vader asks Lando to give him one of his capes and Lando refuses Fin and Poe comments how they're using the same jacket... EVEN WHEN THEY'RE NOT Palpatine "I am the Senate" and Jar Jar interaction Episode 2 and 3 Obi-wan tells Maul he looks taller than the last time they've met

Boba Fett and Jango Fett compliment each other on their armor General Grievous brags to Count Dooku how many lightsabers he's got

I love the small "introductions" that come with most of the figures when you choose them. My favorite must be Sith Rey (or Dark Rey). "All hail Empress Palpatine! Yeah that's right, I'm evil now! Hiss!". Gets me every time. XD

I love how this game treated Palpatine, with all his boss subtitles making references of how he's "The Senate", and the Episode 9 says "Yes, him again", and his interactions with Anakin and Darth Vader are hilarious because they make reference about the famous "Tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise"

There's a mission called "Second Breakfast" on Ajan Kloss. It's a reference to the actor who played Beaumont Kin (Dominic Monaghan) also playing Merry in the LotR trilogy.

There are several more details i found: 1. Count dooku has many lines (after dying, while facing enemies or collecting kyberbricks) that either go in the direction of "Twice the ..., double the..." in reference to his response to anakin (pride, fall) or that have something to do with him losing his head (e.g. "this goes over my head" or "nearly lost my head there"), referring to his death by beheading in the movies. 2. If you stand around afk with anakin (episode II), at some point his lightsaber will turn red, obviously foreshadowing his fall to the dark side later on

If you switch to obi wan in free play, there’s a chance that he’ll say “hello there!”

Idk if this is an Easter egg, or more just an astounding attention to detail, but on Jakku, from a distance, the thruster exhausts on the back of the crashed star destroyers look like one big version of a specific piece. But when you get closer, you'll see the entire piece is actually made up of smaller pieces. I thought it was really cool.

There are so many little references dotted around the game I love it! Inside jokes and pop culture galore! One I’ve heard is when Rey died and respawned she said “I came back! Somehow…” Whoever put that in deserves a raise.

I find it kinda cute how Vader actually says "hello son, it's good to see you" in an almost caring tone

Aw hearing Darth a little shaken to see Luke with them interacting is wholesome to me

These are some more interactions that i know about: when you pair up Ki-adi-mundi with Chewbacca he asks about the droid attack on the wookies, old ben kenobi and leia talk about the fact obi-wan is leia's only hope, Vader asks Lando ig he can get his cape, C-3PO tells Chewbacca that he doesn't want to be pulled apart. When you pair up Jar Jar with Palpatine he says that he is the senate, to which Binks replies hi senate mesa jar jar binks. When paired with Rancor Luke Skywalker may comment on the fact that the gate he dropped on him him was heavy. There are also two interactions regarding the story of Darth Plagueis between Palpatine and Anakin, as well as Palpatine and Vader. There is also an interaction regarding Anakin being A Jedi master between Anakin and Mace Windu. Yoda and Palpatine can also insult each other. Nextly, Jango and Boba pay each other a compliment regarding their armor. Obi wan can tell Maul that he looks taller that the last time he saw him. There is also a cool interaction between Obi-wan and Grievous. Basically Obi-wan says Hello there to which Grievous responds "General Kenobi". When you pair Kylo with dark side version of rey he can comment on that too. Yoda can also ask Luke if he already saved the galaxy. Yes i know - that's a lot.

3:21 speaking of boxarts, you can actually find all 3 of the boxarts (Prequel, OT and Force Awakens) on Geonosis in a side room where the “Factory Sealed” kyber brick is found.

I loved the hot tub reference the most because it goes directly to complete saga. Something that would have made it even better though was including the classic red and blue swimsuit.

Finn with a lightsaber interacts with old Han Solo. It’s short, but funny, Finn: “Solo!” Han: “Big deal!”

There's a Kyber brick mission on Dagobah called "Swing From A Hairy Vine", a reference to Bad Lip Reading's Seagulls. Also, some of the Ewoks on Endor sound like they're humming different themes from the Star Wars franchise, I've only noticed the Imperial March and Rey's Theme though.

There is a surprising mount of details related to delete scenes, my favourite is on dagobah you can find a strange shuttle that is actually Yodas escape pod from a deleted scene in revenge of the sith. It is a surprisingly to scale representation.

They weren't allowed to put Indiana Jones in this game (He was in the complete saga as a promotion for Lego Indiana Jones) But they'll make as many references as they can

In the opening cutscene of the cloud city level, 3PO has a hairpiece on which I assumed was a reference to Dot Matrix from spaceballs

During at the end of the level "C-3P-Oh no!," Finn makes a metal gear reference. After getting through the Stealth section, he says "Kept you waiting, huh?" An iconic line from the series. And on the Trade Federation Lukrahulk, the kyber brick involving the tabel and chairs is a reference to the first room of the first level of Lego Star Wars 1 and the Complete Saga; "Negotiations."

the Metal Gear reference is even better since Oscar Isaac, Poe’s actor, will be playing Snake in an upcoming Metal Gear movie

The Aladdin reference could also be a reference to the Narrator's cart at the very beginning of the film Where he has a number of trinkets including a lamp, and an hourglass shaped french fry maker that breaks.

When meeting Lando a mop will fall on C3POs head making it look like he has hair, i think a reference to Spaceballs

At 6:55 when mentioning Better Call Maul, under it you can see a level named Outmanned but not Out-Gungan-ed. This could be a reference to the musical Hamtion in the song "Right Hand Man" in which part of the lyrics go "We outgunned (outgunned), outmanned (outmanned), outnumbered, outplaned..."

There's an attack of the clones reference in a mission in the force awakens.. as you enter the certain room, there are first order officers talking about the sand the troops from jakku brought with them then one of them says "I don't like sand, it's course and it's rough and it gets everywhere"

This somehow makes the game just so much more sympathic to me :D

On a mission in New Hope if you disguise as a storm trooper and walk though the door that the storm trooper bonked his head on in the movie, your helmet will fall off. Super cool detail

The storm troopers in the Hot Tub is a reference to a similar scene in ‘Lego Star Wars: The original trilogy’ and ‘Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga’

Idk if youll see this but I have a really cool easter egg I found on Lego Skywalker Saga. So theres a side puzzle when your on Endor in the ewok village. An ewok you can talk to will mention how a picture of a family that they met when the family crashed on endor is all messed up. As a huge star wars fan that knows alot (Me Bragging) The image is actually from the 1984 live action Ewok movie (No longer canon). I sent the image comparison on instagram. If you need more info please let me know. It's such a cool deep cut that the devs put in and it should be talked about.

I'm genuinely surprised Adam Driver didn't record lines for Kylo, the comedy is right up his alley.

In Jar Jars underwater home area thingy there is a goongan that says he goes swimming instead of work and his wife doesn’t know. You can also find a goongan that says that her husband goes out swimming instead of working. It a nice detail

There’s a location on Geonosis that has all 3 of the cover artworks called Droid Assembly, nothing else is there though so it looks like Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga and Lego Star Wars 3 The Clone Wars have been left out for some reason.

I like it how you don’t know why there’s a lot of Indiana Jones references: beacause the complete saga had a bit of the Lego Indiana Jones gameplay

Another thing to add is that the bosses with Aurebesh beneath their names is a reference to Borderlands, which had bosses with flavor text beneath their names as well.

In the beginning cutscene for one of the Death Star levels in Ep IV, the imperial officers are watching a clip of their galaxy's version of keyboard cat, but with the Nexu from the Geonosian arena. There's also a level called Starkiller Queen, referencing the song "killer queen." Similarly Copa-Khetanna is a reference to the Copacabana, a nightclub and song. Astromech droids frequently project a hologram of Jar Jar dancing for some reason. And this one's obvious to anyone who played, but ALLLL the untimely sand references. This game's such a love letter to all of Star Wars and its ups and downs.

You missed one of my favorite details! If you're a hero disguised as a stormtrooper, if you aim at another stormtrooper while undetected, your crosshair will turn green, indicating friendly fire

when pairing Grievous with Obi-Wan (Episode III) Obi-Wan will greet Grievous by saying "Hello There" with Grievous replying: "General Kenobi!" Another Grievous related interaction is with Kylo Ren. "Such a unique lightsaber! may I... touch it?" and the best two for last: Palpatine and Anakin (Episode III) "Have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the wise?" How could you forget the one where in attack of the clones final level count dooku has a lollipop. It's a reference to Christopher Lee's role in Charlie and the chocolate factory as willy Wonkas dentist father where he says "lollipops, more like cavities on a stick"

When you fight palpatine in Rise of Skywalker, his text reads "Yes, him again."

in one of the missions there is a storm trooper that will "show off" melee skills and if han is in the cutseen he pulls an indiana jones and pulls out his gun.

Something pretty cool I realized while watching this video is that Kylo Ren has a different voice with his helmet then when he doesn't have it on

In the mission C-3P-Oh No! Mission, towards the end, Finn will say “Kept You Waiting, Huh?”. referencing the iconic line that’s said multiple times in the Metal Gear Solid Series

Oh it's definitely an Easter Egg. There's a whole stealth section where the camera pans over it just like the opening scene of Metal Gear Solid, it has a lot of guard patrols to avoid, and by the end of it Finn tells Poe (who'd gone ahead) "Kept you waiting, huh?" just like Snake. Double points for Poe's actor being chosen for a future Metal Gear movie.

I loved the droids interaction with each other

Cool detail, in areas made from Lego (new hope first mission) all details are stickers, if you zoom in you can see the outline of the sticker with the slight bump
