Oh! dear Lord, what have they done to what was such a beautiful classic interior?!!!! But nice video
I love a canoe stern. The classic lines are wonderful.
It was a gorgeous yacht! but it has been trashed by previous owner(s)... so sad!
I love that 1960's proper little ship external style rather than the plastic-fantastic airplane-without-wings look of modern day yachts. However, I'd have expected crew's quarters for a vessel of this size & status. At the very least that would entail skipper, engineer, cook and a couple of deckhands. I simply cannot see the point of having so many places to lounge and eat (even a multimillionaire only needs 3 meals a day) and I suspect that the the main deck originally contained accommodation for owner and guests, while the rather grim little stairway to the present guest cabins originally led to crew's quarters. Finally, I have to say that much of the "modernisation" would be more aptly called "desecration" and has the drab semblance of a mortuary or a private hospital foyer. Much of it looks pretty cheaply done as well. Thanks for the look-see anyway...

Yes, looks cheaply refurbished. TVs wiring is shoddy and holes into wardrobe too low dow.

Great bones, but the interior looks like poorly assembled Ikea furniture. What a shame.
Thumbs up as always for your efforts and time, i do not comment often, however the horror of what was done by the previous owner in vandalizing this beautiful vessel actually makes me see red, the ship has a ton and I mean a ton of potential , however massive refit and to restore the wood grains!

Thank you for your feedback!
Watching your video I felt a bit confused. The refit seems a bit IKEA as it looks quite cheaply done. The cupboard, wardrobe doors don’t appear to have the usual lock system to stop doors slapping about at sea if it’s a bit rough. That stripped grey is very sad and I see many panels not fitting quite right. Loads of wasted space and atrocious decoration, I think it will be difficult to sell

I’m thinking the boat was acquired for “moorage due” thinking a cheap refit would make the new owner a ton of loot. Good luck with that!
I would loved to have seen her original furnishings and layout. She's your formidable great Aunt on the outside but a second class motel once you enter into her.
BUT WHY !! 😢 no ! lack of taste why did you do that! sad the charm of the classic !
Oh my! Who ever did the most recent "upgrade" failed! I would have liked to see the before view. And, what's with the top side decks dropping out beneath the feet @ 2:40? Although lovely lines, this yacht needs major rethink and BIG$$$!
In love with her already
Its middle of the refitt elad thank you for the tour as always you never come up with rubbish I did a few sums and I would have to sling a hamock in the engine room thats a little joke but she seems sound enough as a cruser with a few paying guests its not something I could afford. The hull looks like a sub hunter its long enough for fore and aft tubes it would have been interesting hearing it with two big rollers going with the throttles wide open the fuel guage would have been going down as the knots where climing she certainly build to cut the water by looks of it. Thanks again for the tour. Cheers mate 🫶🕊️👍
Reminds me of the Disco Volante in the James Bond Thunderball movie.
Nice boat!
With all respect, this boat ie in need of a thorough inspection. Rust is everywhere and where rust is negelction is visible.

Oh my what have they done? Tasteless, gaudy, the sheetrock scews holding misfit scabs of plastic everywhere. Why not just say , I gotta wreck that needs salvage. It needs love and a lot of class to be a livable.
Whoever buys this classic motor yacht will have to do a complete re-fit. It looks like a complete DIY job by a bunch of cowboy builders. What a pity. And as for the asking price of almost 2 million euros, she is not worth half that.

Will need the cost of the yacht to bring her up to scratch. Looked like a cheap roach motel. Very sad to see her in this condition. Hopefully the new owner will do her justice. Hopefully reinstating some beautiful high gloss wooden panelling and doors, elegant lighting and plenty of marble in the galley, heads, and en suites. I’m sure that would triple her price, and would attract a good crew and charter clientele, who would want to experience classic elegance.
1.95? Not a chance.
Ikea Palace!
Water is very calm...

The refit to date looks very shabby for such a beautiful yacht. It needs completely gutting and re-fitting to a much higher standard. I know you kept saying it was still under refit, but even the places that had been completed, looked very poor. Yacht of this vintage, needs high gloss wooden panelling and doors. Having a composite worksurface in the galley is sacrilege. It won’t last five minutes. The same goes for the heads and the ensuite. Although it was nice to see the one original marble handbasin. The owner is obviously on a budget. I hope the new owner appreciates this beautiful yacht and does it justice. It needs a few million euros spending on it, to bring it back to its original standard, I would think.
We love watching your videos Eliad. My sister loves your accent. My only thought is you refer to companionways as “corridors”. Is that something lost in translation or what you call them in Turkey? Just curious, Thanks 🙏 Keep up the great work, others can learn from your fine example!!!

Thank you for the feedback... Not sure how they called in Turkey... I'm not Turkish... It might be that in English the correct term is canpanionway though I suspect that this term is related to smaller vessels such as sail yacht.

From Wikipedia - A hallway, passage or corridor is an interior space in a building that is used to connect other rooms. Hallways are generally long and narrow.

Some do as with castles, they supposedly renovate and it's the massacre of everything that was the essence of the place , chimney gone, walls and ceilings carved on plaster erased, beautiful parquet floors vanished and there, it's the same case, but with a Classic Yatch , a massacre, yet externally it is a marvel, unfortunately the crappy tastes of the former owner have wreaked havoc, when replacing a Rolls Royce Mechanical with low end next door, it is strong coffee , especially as Rolls Royce Marine division still exists so it was feasible to replace with more recent engines from the same brand.
Actually, my goal is to find a very very old, similar size, original steel hull, that has never been refitted, for the purpose of gutting it all out totally and completely modernized it with the newest electrical tech, solar everywhere, open space, gym, golf simulator, that only sleeps a total of 6 to 8 people.
Beautiful classic destroyed not modernized. The whole interior has been ruined. It's one thing to restore but this has been forever damaged. Why wouldn't they have just bought a plastic yacht? Sad!
This poor yacht has been violated to the extreme by its owner and is in dire need of a total refit from stem to stern and top to bottom.
unfortunate the wood was painted white.big mistake,
Why would they destroy such a beautiful classic interior to mimic non design with suicidal gray non color
@kokomo9764

Probably because the interior was not in good shape and was no doubt extremely dark. Lightening the interior gives a fresher look.
@TheMikesylv

@@kokomo9764 I am sure it could have been refinished, what does that even mean lightened up and refreshed, it’s a classic with traditional wood interior that doesn’t need to be lightened up. If you want modern buy a plastic fantastic newer boat which will look dated and old in less than ten years, why ruin a beautiful gentleman’s yacht that is timeless. Would anyone buy a beautiful Vicem yacht and paint all the joinery white to “lighten it up” no one with any sense would.
Sad....classic yacht masquerading as a cheap plastic boat.

well it's got a new microwave
When it comes to a classic don't change it, just restore it and keep it original or it won't be a proper classic any more.
The original teak or mahogany interior would be much better. The paint quality is not very good either. Very rough as if rolled on with a paint roller. Not smooth and glossy. Love the exterior look of these older classic yachts. I hope the exterior paint is better quality than interior. It is hard to tell from the video.
I think I would raise the radar another 8 ft because the people on the bow are going to get cooked
A cheap refurbished job, that removes the skilled work that would have been there before. A few new cupboard doors and cheap looking carpet. Shame. Its a beautiful vessel that deserves better. Thats why it used to have rolls royce engines. Badly done.
The side deck looks dangerous. Should have railings at the end to stop people falling down the stairway. Horrible job there.
Absolutely atrocious, awful, completely ruined. New owner needs to do another complete, sympathetic refurb.
Who takes a classic gentleman's yacht and turns it into a wannabe West Hollywood hotel
This is what a boat SHOULD look like BEFORE you start refitting it out, not AFTER. It looks like Del Boys 60s flat in Mandella House. Sacriligious.

This boat is not worth million sorry get real need plenty more work
