These dudes are using billet after market blocks and components. Non of the original car is left. Not the trans, not the chassis, door panel, glass or the front end clip they added. it’s not even a gtr it just looks like one with a fiber glass mold that has a motor modeled after it made from the strongest shit they can find.

1.6Gs at 148mph and the 2.0Gs at 120mph is what you should be looking at. Damn. Pulling harder than Ron Jeremy.

It’s almost inhumane how fast that GTR is. It passed by the lamb and made it look like it was at a stand still… what a top end monster man.

Everytime a GTR wins a race it makes me smile. Such a legendary car from legendary lineage. I'm grateful we got to see races like that due to the Internet. It's amazing, thank you and congrats to all the teams!

@@antilagboostaddiction8322outlaw supra hits 240 as well. Not sure what it’s top speed is. Hellcat redeye can probably manage up there as well. So far has hit 220 -230. Redeye might be the most affordable. Allowing for more mod expenses

I haven’t seen redeye get modded yet, and supposedly has potential to surpass more of its limits through time? It took 20 years for the old supra to hit 240 in 2010. And the gtr, what? 10-20 years? for it to hit 270 @ what year? We can say that it’s the mod parts that are advancing. Best maintenance = best durability to handle such conditions of stress as well from such mods. No doubt it’s the gtr that holds record of top speed, and probably of best handling as well currently. V8 twin would go mayhem btw.

Usually I hate roll racing… Bunch of rich guys paying someone to race there car! But that GTR and it’s driver are fucking awesome!

@fivedotfivesix59 yes its stopping ignition and dumping the fuel through the hot side of the turbo makes small backfires and pressure spools the turbo so it's like a hit of nitrous off the line at proper boost.

That gtr would hit 300 if someone had the balls to do it that chassis is not meant to do 300 tho the ford gt is much more aerodynamic and stable at high speeds but I’m sure they could adjust the suspension to keep the gtr stable but idk if it would be able to hit 300 in the mile do to drag the way it was pulling to 240 and never even slowed down it’s pulled from 220 to 240 the same it pulled from 140-200
