reds spots aren’t always a result of acne hun. acne’s also not going to go away if you just stop “touching your face” in more serious cases. usually medication such as benzoyl peroxide can help in general.

When that woman just rubbed aloe Vera on her face and her spots disappeared, I literally just did 🖕to the screen. I’ve struggled with acne for years and it’s making a mockery of those who try hard to get rid of bad acne, but nothing works. It’s just patronising to say “look, rub your face with a leaf and poof your acne disappears!” Why did I even bother watching this?...

Most skin treatments only provide minor temporary relief. I learned acne & other chronic skin problems are caused by diet. It's the bodies reaction to certain foods. Common irritants are gluten in grains, some dairy products & even too much sugar. Dr. Gundry's book "The Plant Paradox" may be helpful. He posts lots of free info on KZread @ The Dr Gundry Podcast.
