Tracy was huge during my high school years. He was my favorite. His music always had a positive impact on me.
Tracey Lawrence was the very first concert I ever went to when I was 17 yrs old on Feb. 13th, 1993 at the Capital Music Hall in Wheeling, WV.

Wow! He’s a hell of a man. Such passion and drive.
Tracy is one of the best to ever do it
I remember back when I worked at Island View Casino in Gulfport Mississippi. We were told we had a VIP party coming in to eat with us. When I tell you I almost fell to the floor when I saw George Jones and Tracy Lawrence walk in. Tracy was my childhood. And of course George Jones being the Legend he was...it was just heart stopping. I didn't get to serve them but I must definitely lingered b near by. Tracy was at one end of the table and George was at the other. At one point Tracy got up knelt down next to George, put his arm and him and started to sing Alibis! My favorite Tracy song. I felt I was in a dream. I was standing near the door as they were leaving (of course!). A gentleman that was eating with them was walking out taking with Tracy and the gentleman stopped and stuff said "Cara, don't think I didn't see you singing asking with Tracy." I was so embarrassed but Tracy stopped and shook my hand was so kind. By far one of the best days of my life.
Love TL and what a great interviewer Bobby is.
I love all his music but one of my favorite of all time is Somebody Paints the Wall :)
Alright!! Bobbie And Tracy Lawrence, Cool!!
STARS OVER TEXAS...will almost be my most favorite of favorites...
So sorry to hear that you were shot. That is a horrible thing!!! Then having to have your knee replaced because of it is so infuriating to hear! I'm so glad you survived it
bless you Tracy you are a good person .
Wow I never know a Birmingham was a style of house. I related it to the City. My dad went to Alabama from WV to run a coal mine in that time frame. When I went there for spring break I met a pretty girl I really liked as a 17 year old boy so that’s what that song meant to me. I was not far from Birmingham and and had a little love that I had to leave and go back home and I still think about her to this day.
Love Tracy Lawrence.
I LOVE TRACY LAWRENCE..❤ HIS VOICE MAKES MY HEART MELT ..💕

He mentioned Rick Huckaby as a co write. Rick is really good in his own right
Really good interview talks indepth
GREAT interview! I love how you zero-in to the details. Fantastic!
I love your show and I love when you have real country artists on! Oh and one last thing you might want to get a little sun. L O L
LOL - I thought this entire time "20 years" that Birmingham was reference to the city
❤❤Tracy❤❤
You are the very best, borrow none.
I don't hear much of Garth Brooks songs played much on radio.
16:06. I'm curious who she is.
not a big bobby bones fan, hes like the country celeb snob
Country as a corn cob.
My grandmother had a cassette player in her car and it was Garth Brooks In Pieces vs. Tracy Lawrence Alibis. She did not like Tracy at all.
No offense but Tracy Lawrence is just not real country to me .. it’s kinda fake country

This comment would only make sense to me if it came from a teenager who was conned into believing people like Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett are "real country."

you must only listen to country prior to 1980. by the mid 80s you started to see bigger hooks in the songs, but the music stayed true to the genre. there is still a alot of steel guitar and fiddle in Tracey lawrence music.
