the height issue is because this design is meant for McPherson strut cars that rotate on the shock. our cars don’t do this so the pillow ball bearing is just wasted space, our cars never once utilize that bearing :/

The waffle house has found its new host

Somebody cut a set of these down to make the height better on the EF’s. I can’t remember for sure who it was, though. Maybe Deadbeat Garage?
