AVM3798 You need to press the PS Button and the Share button on your controller then you'll be able to connect it with Bluetooth.

Btw you dont need a usb cable you just hold the share and ps4 button till the light bar starts flashing wich means go to Bluetooth if its not there the first time just turn bluethooth on and off

Fun fact: you don't need the ps4 cable. Just hold down the PS button+share button at the same time for 8 seconds. Then go to you phone settings and make sure blue tooth is on. Once it is, hit the blue tooth button and hit wireless controller, and bam, you've done it!

why would you need a cord to hook the ps4 controller to the device the controller is bluetooth

If you still haven't found out, grab a USB charger, preferably one that's for android. Plug it into the ps4 and put your ps4 controller on the charger. Then press the button you press to turn it on, and you should be set up.
