On june the 13th 2024, just received in France my F2 PRO (bought it a week ago on a spanish website) - The unlock worked for me ! 1- Turn on the scooter 2- Scan it on windows with bluetooth on with Ninebot-flasher 3- Followed the video instructions with etc... 4- Checked 2 times if the serial was good 5- Download official app and latest firmware (1.4.12 etc) -> We can guess my scooter had older firmware then.. 6- Ride to 32 km/h

So you do this on your windows computer with ninebot flasher? And it looks exactly the same as in this video where he shows it on Xiaodash? Im going to try this if i buy the F2 D (20km/h in Sweden) Hopefully it will work :)

Hi, this actually doesn’t work on my F2 Plus. I can connect to the scooter, but changing the serial number or the region fails… Any idea of why it failed ?

can you also use this on the Ninebot F2 (not the plus and not the F2 E edition)? How is acceleration after this? I read that some types experience issues when acceleration?

Works fine,just change the region to global and that's it,only problem is u can travel less miles with it,40km only possible in my exp if u drive only in D mode and u are 60kg,depens on your driveing habbit ofc but i can travrl like 25-30km maximum,depens on the road or so.

I did this while ago and I reverted but I wanna go back but it wonk work anymore like it has different serial number start (NAGUA-) and the presets don’t work either? What do I do?

I did this on my Ninebot F2 Plus and trying to rebind it to my app, it keeps telling me that the connection has been timed out. It won't connect back to my app and trying the accelerator and break hard reset doesn't work. Any idea on how I could fix this without flashing?

I have a ninebot F2e and when trying this s/n change from D to S, my scooter is biping showing an error "41" in red on scooter display ... Fortunately I managed to return to S/n D but didn't succeed to get these new features. Did it happen to you or anyone else ? Is there any trick to make this change happen? Thanks

Hab heute die Seriennummer mit "S" auf meinen F2 Pro E getauscht. Hat nicht mal 5 Minuten gedauert. Hat alles super funktioniert. Genauso gemacht wie im Video beschrieben. Probefahrt schon gemacht, 32Km/h und Tempomat. Das dass so leicht ist, hätte ich nicht gedacht 😅. DANKE. Schöne Grüße aus Österreich

Does this action affect the warranty? As a result, each device has a serial number for a different country and is under the distributor's warranty of that country. Even if we change the serial number later, can't the authorized service understand it?

I can't change region. After confirmation, the scooter emits 3 long beeps and that's it. Not like in the video. And the serial number does not change. Tell me what to do.

Battery going faster comparing to 32 km/h. Around 5-8km less range. It is safe in case you can ride it properly)

It won't work on my F2 plus. It gives an error saying it can't change the serial number

I did it the way you did it but i can't get it connected to the segway app anymore. Right now, i can't do anything anymore .. is there any way i can fix this or reset it to default?

didnt work for me on ninebot f2 says "since scooter is locked to 22kph regional change wont change anything" or something like that tried typing in same serial number as yours too

The J custom serial number is a Z on mine... and it's not letting me change the Z to a S Serial Number like on yours "error changing serial"

it works at Xiaodash but, As soon as i reconnect to Ninebot app, its name changes back to NAGTA (original serial) and its speed goes back also to 25kph.

Hello, i have firmware 1.4.12... this metod doesn't work. I feel like my scooter wants to go faster but it cant.. pls HALP :D even 25 kph would be better than 20... pleaseeee anything :D

I tried on a E2 plus and when I press “ok” after changing the T to a S it says “error couldn’t change serial” please help for some reason it changed to a different region and now it goes 20kmh max speed used to go 25 and I want it to go 32 pls help :(

It seems the region change was blocked with the latest revisions (or with the newest firmware updates). I'm not able to change the region for my F2plus. The app returns an error code on update request and ninebot makes 3 beeps. My SN starts form "NAGKA". The firmware version is 1.4.7
