Is [Nightmare Egg Shell] 489 any good on fury? It has a chance to increase Haste, not sure if I should replace [Coiled Serpent Idol] 483 which people say is shit. (I have Might of the Ocean as active trink) simbot showed a drop in dps for the shell, should I listen to it?

Yup, you will continue using the legendary even if you are feared so I send it right as it goes off and my healer dispels me shortly after.

I would say m+ are so easy now that you need to remember only few mobs to interrupt or press def so it is not needed anymore. Not to mention atal is with us for ages now and it is not very complicated so it is extremely difficult to fail mechanics unless you try on purpose.
