Todd Tuckey shows you just how nice this game really is! Maybe this video will convince YOU to buy one too!! Beautiful mirrored backglass (with a HUDSON Van in the corner!), great soundtrack, nicely laid out playfield and four flippers!

I just picked one of these up. Great story actually, my grandfather had one in his game room in 80s and I grew up playing it. It came from CA to AZ in 1996, my dad brought it after my grandfather died for me. He was storing in his friends storage unit and the guy bailed on us and stole it.. Other day I look on Facebook and a guy is selling same unit about 30 miles from us. I asked him to check the back cabinet for some marker with our names and scores.. low and behold his wife calls me all excited and says it has my name and my original high score and my fathers (whos now passed) still in marker. They were so excited about my story they ended up taking 200 bucks off and delivering right to my business. It lights up and sounds great but the ball wont launch into the pull spring (dont know correct term). I have a local repair guy who is coming to get it al cleaned up and fixed for me so I can put it up in my ice cream shop.. Im so excited and this video has given me some ideas for a restore.

You guys rule! Beautiful work and refurbishments. Pinball machines are new to me. My background's in electrical engineering, so it's super cool to see how these things work. I'm gonna dive into to troubleshooting my uncle's Bally "King Tut" pinball machine soon (it's an old electro-mechanical one). That'll be fun. I can see why ya fell in love with this sort of thing. I'll need to stop in your shop soon. Peace! :)

The pinball database said folks "tried to figure out how to solve the problem" and it seems like that solution or a wire gate would have been super simple!

It's really easy to backflip up the right inlane repeatedly as well as shooting from the left flipper up it. Just timing. You can cut the wireform on the switch instead of putting a gate in. (Like a lot of outlane switches)

I have a bally skateball myself and would be interested to know which types of LED's you put in and in which locations you put them. Could you provide those details? Thanks!

3:50 - In competition play the B inlane switch is modified in such a way that the ball can roll one way while triggering the switch, but it can't roll the ball back from the lower right flipper into the B inlane. kzread.info/dash/bejne/go530Zurk9zNZNo.html In such case there's no need to have the gate so close to the flipper. Also, the ball could hold the one way gate while it's trapped on the lower right flipper.
