A little about 311. So I was in a dirt bike accident almost 5 years ago. I was paralyzed from waste down. While in the hospital for 2 months my sis knew how much of fan I was and reached out to 311 for some support. They got back to her with a personal letter, signed posters, stickers and more. It was amazing and just moral support that I didn't expect. I thank these guys everyday. This video shows the dedication and true feelings a band puts out to the music. 311 Rocks for ever.

I truly believe that 311 is one of the absolute best bands to come from the 90's , but don't get the recognition they do deserve. After all there still together ,still have a loyal fan base , & never broke up or changed there sound which is refreshing that they don't sound like most rock bands of the 90's

That's what makes them unique. 311 is a band that will be in their 70's and still pumping out albums. Not having a care if it makes it to top ten or not. Because these guys perform for the love of music, not for the love of cash...

There's some bands that lose their edge after awhile(ie Linkin Park), and other bands have staying power. And I think 311 is the latter.

311 is such an underrated band.. So glad I found them in the 90s and their still pumping out fresh tracks..28+years... 38 and I'm still looking forward to what's new

I've always loved their voices when they vocalize together in a harmony, they're awesome.

I think Nick Hexum is one of the great unrecognized musical genius's of our time. And that swagger... One of the greatest bands EVER.

311 never fails to amaze. Lovin' the sound. And people, please don't compare this to 90's 311. They're like in their late 30's or 40's now? They've matured. They still make amazing music, and still play the 90's stuff like they wrote it yesterday. 311 for life.

This is what happens when friends play music together and keep it about the joy of music, not about fame or fortune. Cheers 311!

One of the most incredible bands to see live, in fact they were the first band I ever saw live when I was in 8th grade in 2002. Everytime they came to Massachusetts the next 12 years I never missed a show. My 8 year old niece actually saw them with my brother this past summer. Keeping tradition alive with the young ones baby!

+PROcrastiDRIVE SV You're very right, but it's not necessarily even a calorie count thing. Years of traveling and lifestyle that 311 has lived more often than not takes a toll on you. When you travel a great deal, your face often looks weathered, body looks beaten, etc. Look at most bands at the end of a tour...they (understandably) often look and sound like absolute hell. On the other hand, these guys still look (and sound) as fresh as daisies. It's really amazing.

Classic 311. If your a true fan you love this song.

I think this is one of the best songs ever written by 311, coming strong right now!

Every band's music changes through the years. If it doesn't, then they usually fade away within a few years. 311 has always made sure to evolve with the times, while still maintaining a bit of the original "sound" that put them on the map. I love it.

Now this is what I call a music video -- literally a video of music being made.

What's amazing about this band is how perfect they sound live. Almost *better* than their studio sound. I thought that when I saw them in the late 90s, and I saw them last month and thought it, again.

God I feel Old. These guys came out when I was in High School in Omaha and are still putting out music. Always a fan.

Don't know if anyone from 311 will read this, but if you do thanks for still being around and producing music that sounds true to... not sure how to describe the "roots", but making music that at least is just appealing. Sure, modern music goes for the jugular as far as appeal is concerned, but I'm a little older and was there for the early stuff and the influences and all I have an appreciation for all you do. Thank you!

Perfect 311 video. No gimmicks or story lines or green screens needed. Just show the guys kicking ass and we're good.

This has been stuck in my head for the last month.

I've been listening to this band from DAY 1 and never bee able to stop. Every song they produce is captivating and it makes going to the beach that much more enjoyable. I think I've listened to this song about 11 times today. 3 more wont hurt.
