It may not be an absolutely blazing fast charger like USB-C PD at between 60 and 100watts, but you have to understand that those higher wattage ratings are for devices meant to receive higher voltages (up to 20v). 5v is the standard for the vast majority of devices and 20watts at 5v is not only sufficiently powerful, most devices may not even pull 20 watts. I personally prefer not to charge my phone with anything more than 11 watts.
