Is it necessary to leave space three side for ventilation ? Now three sides open ok but in future..? So I asked. Means the the build up area become 23* 40 or 24* 40. Ok

hi sir, you do great work. i require plan for 30*50 east facing plot. require 2 bedroom (attach washroom), seperate drawing/guest room, kitchen puja room, parking. better if, vaastu compliant. NOTE- Basically it is30*70 plot, but i want to keep frontyard of 20*30 ft. thanks.

Sir the budget will differ from place to place, as the matterials, labour cost differ. So as per my plan your build up area is 1294² ft. For that plan for building a standard cost will come 19 lakhs to 20 lakhs. But it depend on you how to design the elevation and interiors.

With car parking.

East face me according to bastu puja room aur kitchen room east me karne se achha hota aur baki sab ok hai ...Agar east facing me east side 40ft width hota aur 30ft north-south hoga to wo plan kaisa hoga....Ek plan waisa v banaiye ga sir ji..... Actually mera east face road hai aur east me lenth 45ft hai aur north south 40ft hai...humko 3bhk +car parking plan chahiye according to bastu...Could u plz make a plane video for that?..Total plot area 1800sqft hai but hum 4side place gap rakhna chahte hai 2-3ft in future painting aur repairing ka kam me koi problem na ho isiliye.....I hope u will solve & make a video for me... I'll be very thankful to u🙏

I'd been seen ur plan according to my need it's good sir ji but need to correction on this diagram... 1.Living room me jab sofa set arrange hoga tab tv panel kaha pe locate hoga humko to sahi direction nahi mil paya hai.....Haa agar store room ka jagah pe koi sudhar kar k ho jaye tab tv panel lag sakta hai ya fir north side door close karna hoga ta ki north side wall pe tv panel lag jaye...Baki apka plan bohot achha laga....🙏again thanx for that😊.. Ek chota sa suggestion dena tha apko sir ji regarding ur content. 1.floor plan with diagram 2.building cost estimate 3.need to make G+1/G+2 floor plan 4.building front elevation 5.live walkthrough of a new house(apke aas pass koi new house ban raha ho to uska video bana kar upload kar sakte hai with plan) Isse aapka chanel achha grow karega,likes/coments/viewers increase hoga...Achha response milega......... The building cost differ from place to place, because of material, labour....rate. But approximately the cost will be 1200/- per square feet. So 1440000 will be the building cost.
