Everything is good... if the ground floor 1bedroom can be converted to Multipurpose hall(entertainment hall, home theatre, gym etc) That would be even better.

Overall its a nice design, things which needs to be included space for Gas cylinder, UPS, Shoe rack, Electric meter board. Overhead tank should be at Southwest corner with ladder. Kitchen utility space should be more so that servant can wash vessels in utility. I have downloaded the complete plan. Major drawback for Vaastu follower is Bedroom in southeast direction. For everyone's benefit please rework on bedroom (04) in southeast direction.

Water tanks at top - Solar panel repairing etc or checks... nothing planned how to go up ? Using ladders ?? Don't think so.. may be round iron ladders somewhere.. rest seems fine if no elders are living along with you else ground floor has no kitchen for them. It can probably be built on bike area I guess :) . All in all, liked it :)

Everything is nice sir👌👌👌. But i think u need to make something like walk in wardrobes too, like for example in a plot of 30×40 or 25×60 or for even smaller plots u can make only 2 or 3 bedrooms duplex house and provide large rooms, courtyards, swimming pool etc...with good interiors. I think it will look awesome sir. Bcz there are also some family who doesn't need 4,5 bedrooms. Isn't it. It's just my opinion. Btw I have seen most of ur videos so this is my suggestion

Yes Your Right, Drawing Room Can be Provide in Ground Floor also, but in Video that's actually a Guest Bed room and drawing wasn't required.
