I bought 30*40 site, and planned to construct 4 BHK duplex house same as your video plan..... But in your video it's Ground floor and first floor duplex.... For that we need around 35Lakhs as you said..... But in my plane I am using Ground floor as parking purpose and 1 BHK small room and in first and second floor duplex like your plan.... My question is what is the approximate cost only for ground floor ????? Small room is 1 BHK with open kichen without interior......

Sir, Thanks for the information, once query cost vary based on City also right.. if it's Bangalore definitely labor cost is high .. if it's in Taluck or village side it is lesser than that..
