This is an ultrasonic fogger. It atomizes the water which is heavier then regular fog. Looks like 3 10 head foggers in that chamber.

How do you keep the fog low? What's the setting?

no need setting,it goes auto running.

gravity, because it's atomised, not heated, it doesn't rise like conventional smoke / fog machines. Just like real fog hugs the ground.
