I'm only 9 and i'm pretty proud of my art style currently. So as @Joos Hungerecker- de Bruin said, she was probably a teen when she drew this tbh. And a lot of teens aged 13-18 are quite good at shoujo anime art too.

Hi Minori!! I noticed that you asked for color pencil marks in several of your videos. I like to use FaberCastel. They have a large variety of colors compared to other marks & you also can choose to buy hard or soft pencils. I am not a professional, but they work very well for me. I hope they do as well for you. I also want to recomend an cute anime that I saw this week. Its name is Miira no Kaikata, or How to Keep a Mummy. Too bad that it only has 12 episodes. It's so cute!!!
