I just got back from a Carnival Cruise where i played a LOT of TCP and the table had more side bets then i had ever seen; Pair Plus, 6 Card, cards are the same color, and a $5 or $10 Progressive Bet (where you are putting your $1 on the red light on top). I only play pair plus, ante/play and did ok (maybe made some money), but i saw some players lose thousands and maybe tens of thousands by playing every bet and they werent hitting. 😞
I was playing three card Poker this weekend, and I had an AKQ back to back and 2 out of three cards were spades both times. And the progressive was at 27k.

Why are you having the dealer take your ante BEFORE you see if his cards qualify? Isn’t the ante supposed to stay there and you still win the ante if he doesn’t qualify? 🤔
