As someone who had never really crocheted before, I highly recommend the woobles kits. I bought the Cinnamoroll one purely for the hook to be honest, but I really appreciated how comprehensive the tutorials were. They made it really easy to see and understand what I was doing. It totally made me fall in love with crochet and I’ve ended up doing a bunch of projects since then.

The woobles are so cute. You can actually contact the company and make a suggestion about the stitch markers so that they can change that for future kits. Cinnamon roll turned out so cute. I love the ears. You could make many more with just the basics learned and alter the pattern like to make Pokemon even. Conplicatedknots has made Pokemon and dragons a lot of cutesy plush yarn crochet characters. Definitely recommend checking her channel out.
