I didn’t catch that the first time around. That’s so awesome
From a "non gun" nation in UK, I love Sunday. A sincere thank you. Take care and Stay Safe.
Really liked the pocast/interview style of this video, am needing much longer content in these times. Even if it’s uncut, full of filler and things get off topic. It’s nicer than a “in your face rundown review” of a gun/brand. Imo with this you get to see the personality, dedication, creative thinking and passion behind what you normally see in scripted video. Keep up the good work, love to see more of these soon.

How do you like the HB? Btw did you buy the SD or the pistol
This format was excellent. Speaking for myself, hearing from the developer of the platform helped me to understand not just what makes it unique, but why they did it. I had thought the Mini Fix was a pretty standard precision rifle that someone chopped down to make fit in a backpack, needless to say I was wrong. Now the Mini Fix is pretty close to the top of the list of what i want to buy and add to my collection. Now to just convince the wife.
30:42 the little smoke rings from the bolt running just look so cool

Right!? I love it just for that alone 😂
Kevin is a true innovator when it comes to firearms. When I got a couple AAC suppressors I learned about his story and it's a pretty interesting story. A true American success story. People can learn a lot from this guy.

I wish Q could learn anything about production. Total failure.
Perfect format in place of the reviews. Knowledge on the gun from a design perspective really enhances the production and meaningfulness behind the video. Keep it up, Talon!
Watched the whole thing. I always enjoy listening to Kevin talk about innovations. Thank you for the effort in making this happen and the video work.
I found your video where you review the Mini Fix, then watched this video next. Great video, I loved hearing the technical aspect of the engineering, design and function that went into making this gun. Keep up the good work!
I love they are open sourcing their mounting system! That's how it might live. Excited to see their new round and products. Great interview, thank you for letting him talk and explain!!!! PLEASE CONTINUE these long form chats with industry!

That said, I really don't see their mounting system catching traction. 2oz is really not that much, and you are going to have a lot more effort put in to machine and assemble their mounting system over an m-lok. The whole reason companies are making negative space rail systems to begin with is because it is cheaper and faster. That's why you see m-lok handguards dominating the cheap 80% build markets over the quad rail or even the split handguard systems. No one ever complained about m-lok pull strength, and you can cut a lot more than 2oz by simply changing from the silly gov spec barrel profile to a regular contour or even SPR style. However, companies have kept the gov profile barrels because the difference in weight hasn't mattered.
Just bought a Fix, the gun is amazing to hold in hand, haven't shot it yet. My concern about my Fix is the longer term success of the company itself. I feel like I took a big risk putting this kind of money out on a company like this, mainly in terms of long term support and parts availability. Your video was great, awesome coverage of their process and approach to things, gets me excited to own this product. You can tell Kevin has alot of experience to share and and alot to say, and generally thats a good thing. There have been alot of interviews however, or podcast or videos where I am shocked he let certain thoughts escape his mind and out of his mouth. He needs to recognize there is a balance to running a successful company and the shadow you cast in the market place, just like there is a balance to designing a great firearm. Selfishly, I want these guys to be successful and around for the long term, for my own purposes, and because I love what they are doing and believe in it. I just think he needs to step back a little, exercise some self control at times and let the production folks get these in peoples hands. That will solidify them, because right now dealers and consumers have strong opinions on this company one way or the other and that worries me as someone relatively new to this company. All feedback is a gift Kevin B! You are a genius no one questions that, but keeping it afloat over the long term by recognizing the importance of reputation and support will be more important than ego and I don't mean that as an insult.

Three years later.. they've totally dropped the ball in production and distribution. Can't buy direct from Q, dealers have no stock and no wait list. A total failure to leverage the buzz and efficiency that would come with scaling to production. They'd have been better off just licensing their designs to FN or CZ, taking pre-orders, etc.
SAH DUDE!! love the change of pace with podcast style platform. you did say you wanted to start doing what YOU want to do in a previous video. great job man. Also, really want a Mini Fix after watching this.
Made it to the end! And it was easy to do thank you for all you do!
Thanks, Talon! Great interview.
Bro I loved this video. Love when the creators go into detail about what they are making and why. Keep up the great videos talon.
Awesome video, start to finish. Have my mini fix on the way and can't wait to try it out.
That's really fuckin' cool how everything was so thought out. Made it to the end of the video. The innovation is so intriguing... didn't think I'd ever really want a bolt action rifle until this video. Mini Fix is definitely on my list now
I am adding the Mini Fix to my wishlist. A great gun, great interview.
Great discussion, about the 300 Blackout and the Mini Fix.
This was a nice change of pace. I remember reading about this in Tactical Life last year. It sounds like a must have firearm for those of us living in restricted states Like NY or CA. Looking forward to more content in this format.
Awesome interview! I really enjoyed this. I like what Q is all about and love their products. I also enjoyed listening to Kevin interview you on his podcast recently. Subbed...
I loved this format. Please make more videos like this. Such a cool firearm too!
Nice Job !! Loved the interview.
Great interview!
Great interview, thanks!
I'd love to see more interview style videos like this with different makers and company's. And I love that it's in my home State NH!!!!! Great video bro
I dig the video. I nerd out on all that engineering talk. Awesome to hear the thoughts and reasons behind those innovations.
Nice video! Watched it all the way thru. Just purchased one today. Waiting for delivery. Can’t wait!
Phenomenal great interview, greatly enjoyed! Honey badger is awesome too. Also loved your video with colion as well!
Very cool... looking forward to the SundayGunday on this!!
Badass! Do more mini fix stuff! I'd love to see some accuracy testing, like legit big scope, benchrest, properly sandbagged accuracy testing supers and subs at 100yds. Thanks!
Talon, I definitely like the firearms interview style videos. Talking with the creator behind innovative products really helps me as a consumer understand the value behind higher prices items like Q products. I also like that next week you will release a standard Sunday Gunday review. I think the two videos compliment each other well. For your Sunday Gunday review I would like to see you try a true 100 yard accuracy test using the Mini Fix and subsonic ammo. Get a bench rest set up and try and use really good ammo. 300 BLK may be hard to find right now but it would be good to see.

Loved this video, such a great great attention to detail and enginuity
I like to hear the method behind the madness! Great stuff! More please!
Great, love listening to him, I have the honey badger want the 8.6 fix, and all the other guns and cans ! Love it!
would love to see all the other interview portions (beyond the mini fix) you did. the innovation out of this one group, has been greater then almost everyone since JMB!
Excellent episode, man. Looking forward to more like it.
I like the little smoke rings that come out when you load a new round.
Great video! Nice format for real. I liked getting some background on a cool company
Loved to interview style, super casual. Diggin it man keep it up
Hell yes!! I've been waiting for a review on the Q rifles!
Great video/interview
Love this format. I own a Honeybadger and I love it! The Fix is on my radar for my next firearm

Funny how that works huh? I got a Honey Badger SD and the second I held it i knew that it would not be my last gun from Q!
Great video and great firearm. I still have and shoot the first 300 whisper I put together over a decade ago.
So awesome need more interviews with rad people like Kevin this would be a cool way to change it up on the channels like you mentioned
Solid engineering and practical usage is hard to obtain but to make them attractive too....... man that's a whole other level. Great stuff
Nice little change up on the Sunday Gunday format, good stuff! 🤙🏻
Excellent show
Love it. Wish I could get my hands on one.
Excellent talk gentlemen. Certainly an item on my wish list. 👍😉
I never understand why people hate Kevin. Regardless how you feel about the guy take a little time to listen to his vast knowledge and experience in this industry. There is always awesome back stories to the reasons he calls products, and people out. I honesty think most of the haters wish they thought of some of the things Q is doing. They are crushing the game.
Great video, content and format. Thx.
Thanks great vid bro, now list got one longer smdh , i told myself the the DDPDW300 was going to be last one but noooo you had to go test the mini out, lol, and now i have to get it
Nice to meet the people behind the scenes and building the guns Nice job
Great vid def do a manufacturing factory vid. Love to see how they are built..
Great review!
Really enjoyed the video. Great learning more about the newer guns coming out
GREAT vid! Definitely did not feel as long as it was. Very excited to see next week's Sunday Gunday. I want to see you with a HB almost as much as I want to see me with one. Do eet! 👊
How can you NOT love Q when you listen to Kevin speak about what goes into his rifles?!
Wow; super educational! Great job, ty!
Awesome video bro I loved it! Great content super interesting! Definitely need more like this
Great content as always!!
I’ve already wanted one of these guns for a while, but now after taking the time to watch this and doing my own research it’s definitely something I need to have in my life. Very cool 👌
Very informative. Interview was fascinating
Great info!
30:40 look at the barrel. so satisfying.
Awesome. Cant wait for the mini fix in the new caliber.
I really like the stuff coming from Q.....Kevin has a great background and has been around the block so it is cool to hear him explain stuff in detail like that. I do agree that the fix is a big deal. Totally awesome design and engineering as well. I do not think calling it a "game changer" in the bolt gun category would be over stating it at all.....just plain great american innovation period.I can't wait to get my hands on one of their cans, hopefully soon. Thank's for the Video...keep up the good work.
Totally awesome video, I'm a mechanical engineer and a gun enthusiast and I really enjoy hearing about the design.
Totally cool and totally along my line of thought for most gun tools I enjoy. I have the Remington AAC .300 BO. Just much coin but love that action.
Killer video brotha. Keep it up! 🤙🏼
I love his Mindset!!! And products. Great video!!
Great video man, thanks!
Great video.. even better information.
That looks pretty sweet man! So innovative
thoroughly enjoyed it
Such a badass little firearm. Appreciate the in depth review.
Amazing product. Great video.
Q is absolutely awesome. Hope you enjoyed the live free or die state while you were up here. Great video!
Awesome gun and video, keep up the great content. A video on the Honey badger would be great to watch as well.
Nice gun I like it and it looks cool. Thanks for your shows and hardwork
Awesome video!! Great content and very informative!! Really indepth
Great video man, I haven't been around for a while but I was one of the first 1000 subs on your main channel. I finally got my tax stamps back last Friday for my HB SD. Weird they got approved 6/9/2019 and they finally gave it to me. And it is so quiet. The best ammo is Noveske Sub, its black and coated. Stupid quiet. Just in the case you get the HB. I would let you borrow mine if you were closer. Anyways keep up good work!
Really appreciated it, there on backorder but as of this morning I am officially on the list. The wife was... ... ... Supportive. Neither one of us can wait for hunting season to come.
Around 31:00 Talon is cycling the action and tiny smoke rings are being blown out the business end of the suppressor 😎🎈✊🇺🇸
Keep doing this style! This is awesome, I honestly didn’t realize how precise Q was. I knew they obviously were way more precise than a Remington or S&W but damn I’d love to listen to the engineer who designed the folding stock.

They remind me of Thompson Contenders & Encores, but don't need special "tweaking" & come pre-precision engineered in a bolt gun..... how amazing to develop an SBR that has the potential to do so much!!! Can't wait to get one.
Great video!
It's really nice to see something new and innovative. I probably won't ever own one but I can dream.
I would LOVE this kind of interview for the Honey Badger and their relationship with Noveske and the Ghetto Blaster
I love the introduction!
I would love to see how far you can reasonably stretch the 300 BLK cartridge through the mini fix. Another great video! Thank you!
Loved the video.... really thinking about getting a 300 BlkOut

Worth it, especially if you plan on pairing with a suppressor, those 220GR pills suppressed are great!
Very engaging/interesting interview on a kick ass platform. I wonder what the wait time is for this gun👍🏼🇺🇸👍🏼
Tottaly down for the Honey Badger 100% love the video, and I'm liking the podcast style! You do it so well.
Just picked one up today well started the paperwork got the fix 8.6 sbr and a porq chop suppressor to say I’m excited is an understatement
I have a Sauer 200 STR in Sweden. This rifle came on the market in the end of the 1980s. It has that barrel change system.
I'm a new subscriber to Sunday Gunday and I'd love to see more interviews like this. I have a new found appreciation for the mini fix and have put it on my wish list! I've been looking at the Honey Badger for a while and never looked the the fix because I was not interested in bolt action. I have since changed my mind about that!!!!! Looking forward to the Honey Badger dive! --->Could you also do the .5.56 barrel conversion on the Mini Fix???
I enjoyed the depth of the video
Great job 👍🏻
