Here's a compilation video full of scary animal encounters, attacks, charges and interactions. You will watch tourists and other innocent people come across wild animals like bears, sharks, tigers, hippos, crocodiles, alligators, anacondas (snakes), mountain lions (cougars) and more.
In this video, we show a variety of animal encounter clips from rhino charges, elephant attacks, bear luff charges, cheetah close calls, sharg cage diving clips and more.
Luckily, these interactions in between humans and wildlife were caught on camera for the world to see. The outdoors can definitely be a chilling place for hikers, campers, hunters and mountain bikers if you don't come prepared and armed with a gun/rifle or bear spray.
Background music by CO.AG Music, Marc v/d Meulen (bandcamp.com) and Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)

yeah I don't know why she was all surprised that they could open a car door. Even small/domesticated cats can open and close things. And even if the lion was merely curious and just biting the door handle, alls they would need to do is wrap their mouth around the handle and pull...lol, it's not that complicated to open.

I am a South African, and I've had the privilege of visiting the Kruger National Park since before I started school. I am now 75 yrs old and the one thing my parents taught me and my brother was a deep respect and love for the animals. In all yhe years of visiting the Park as pre-schoolers, as youngsters, as teenagers, as young adults and then with our own families, we witnessed some close-encounters, but never had any ourselves. It angers me how tourists (of all ages) think it's a game, disobey Park Rules, and disrespect the animals. I quite frankly have no sympathy for people who find themselves in a pickle through their own arrogance and think it's some kind of joke.

Very smart guides. If you follow the rules, nothing will happen to you. If you don't like wild animals, an African safari is probably not something for you. This is their territory that God gave to them before human encroachment got out of control. This lion is patroling his territory where he may have 3 or 4 prides he has to check on. This coalition is not happy seeing humans. Leave the wildlife alone ... a lion conservationist.

@erza You apparently have your fogged up glasses on, when viewing these idiot "guides"! It became clear , as this collection of Twenty videos played, the common thread, was guides bringing paying Tourist's too close to Wild Animals. What was the enticement? The tour vehicle and tour guide were at risk. Therefore, what would make a tour guide risk his vehicle and ultimately his daily work? Money! Large Expected Payment in Thanks from idiot Tourist's who were "thankful" not to be killed or eaten or both, on each occasion. Kruger Wild Life Parks are a Thundering Disgrace for EnDangering Foolish Tourist's, with selfish Profiteering Tour Guides, in Vehicles not sufficiently Strong And Or Safe to ensure Safety Of Tourist's. The Government's in each African Country where these "wild life parks" are located, should be Prosecuted by any Family whose family member is killed or eaten or both. Wild Animal Park's are supposed to be Wild, but when "Idiot and or Greedy so called Tour Guide's deliberately Risk the Lives and or Safety of Tourist's whom they are employed to SafeGuard, just to SEEK LARGE PAYMENT'S FOR SAVING FOOLISH TOURISTS LIVES, Which the idiot tour guides put in DANGER, THEN IT IS TIME TO PUT A STOP TO THE TOUR GUIDES FOOLISH MONEY MAKING SCHEME'S"! The so called "Tour guides" will be responsible for killing their Golden Goose! Any Objective Person who views this video can see, and should know, that the so called "tour guide" is legally responsible for EnDangering the LIVES of the foolish Tourists who entrusted their Lives, to a person viz. The so called Tour guide, whose primary goal in this video is to put the Tourist's in the belief their lives were saved, by the tourist guide. Who causes the DANGER to cause the rescued tourists to pay the so called tourist guide EXTRA PAYMENT. If you deny the above truth, then you are a part of the problem.

I can testify first-hand that such are only a very small minority of cases. I have done five safaris myself, in Kenya, Zimbabwe & India, and the one thing that i have never seen is carelessness! If anything, people are fastidious about keeping to the rules and extremely mindful of their own safety!

provocation is into a wide range of things, like nervousness, walking up to...loud talking, and yes, lifting a camera, a gun or camera ? animals are shot and killed for generations, they fear people, if confronted or surprised the first reaction is attack, i lived remote in Canada, bears in the yard, and many many creatures came real close, even owls can become curious, after a few tries i leave making good picts to the professionals, by the time i am ready to make them, the subject is out of sight specially birds flee fast, so long i ignore them they stay, in all those years i had only one problem bear, it was shot by the fish/wildlife, this days i much rather deal with animals then with people, what on earth you are doing in the woods if your afraid of domestic livestock and dogs ? one feeds the bears, then, that bear will scare the shit out of others by looking for an hand out, the woods has many "surprises" like the snake nearly on top of my feet, oh i am afraid of snakes...but i kept my calm and let it go...a poisonous one it was, keep always calm, not easy at times....

I have had the privilege of visiting Kruger National Park several times and have been lucky enough to observe many different species of animal with some encounters being quite close but never terrifying. If you sit quietly with the car engine switched off the animals invariably carry on as if you aren't there. We've had herds of elephants, often with young calves, continue grazing as they've walked right past the car. Sometimes it's meant we have had to sit still for almost an hour. But it's called showing respect as we are the visitors.

Humans approach wild animals in their natural territory then get surprised when they act like wild animals. What do they expect? It’s instinctive for them to protect themselves from danger and when humans are entering their territory and provoking them they’re obviously gonna react. Usually they’re just warning the people to back away, so many of these incidents could’ve easily ended in attacks and deaths if the animals wanted that outcome. Majority of the time they’re just trying to scare you off. Sometimes they’re just curious

In the United States, stupid tourists have visited our national parks, and held their babies in front of bears so their babies could get a good look at the bear. I've seen photographs of people actually doing that. And in one zoo in this country, some stupid woman took her two year old son to see African wild dogs. She stood her baby, her two year old son, on top of the railing so it could get a better look at the dogs. Well, you probably guessed what happened next. The kid falls into the enclosure where the dogs are ; and they kill it before help can arrive. They should have thrown the mother into the enclosure, too. People can be so stupid.

I went on safari in Kenya in 2005 at two different areas. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever and had a wonderful time. Our guides were very knowledgeable and would never have let us leave the vehicle. At one point we stopped by two water buffalo, one standing and one lying down, and the guide started the vehicle when he noticed the reclining one was getting restless while staring at us. We also came to a dead stop when a baboon was sitting in the middle of the road, preventing us from driving on. It was an exciting trip, and we always felt very safe.

The Kruger park is a vast place you see all sorts of crazy things, fortunately most tourists have good sense, but the odd few 😳

You would be surprised at how quickly your own mind tricks itself into thinking you are part of the environment. I am aware of one incident in South Africa around 1993 that resulted in the deaths by lions of two idiot tourists from Taipei, who got out of their car, walked over to a "sleeping" pride, and turned around to have their picture taken with them. The lions promptly woke up and killed them both. Only the third guy got away, because he was the one standing near their vehicle while taking the picture. These sorts of incidents are played down by the authorities whenever possible for the obvious reason that they're bad PR.

These videos are exactly why I will never go on a safari. It seems like the guides sometimes just push and push to get a rise out of them. I wonder how many people they have caused to get injured or killed. Not that people can't be plain stupid on their own mind you! Like the elephant eating in the river there was no excuse for that and then the one in the road that is clearly in musk which makes it deadly. Love the one where they had their soul scared out of them. Then at 2408 A dumb man on a search for a lion footprint..There I fixed that for you! Still wondering who changed the tire! HaHa Finally do these folks never watch nature docs or youtube? ;) Thanks for the vids.

@@visible3all That's such an absurb comment. All you had to do was to google and you'd know that dogs can't smell fear. They just happen to read other people actions more accurately than other animals and hence they act like they can smell fear, but they don't actually. And this isn't me saying this, but science, more specifically, the tests done on olfactory senses of dogs.
